my hot 3 started giving me fault some 3months back. I just charged it full and went to sleep. I woke up early and expected it to be off due to auto switch off but it was on, showing the launching boot page.. alas, my phone had hanged. it was like that till I woke up proper. I removed the battery and powdered it on and the battery had drained. that's the begging of the problem. later, when I'm typing, the phone would hang and I would have to remove battery. later on, the phone won't power on after removing the battery until I learnt to tap it.. later on tapping doesn't work.. I have to hit the phone hard for it to power on. it got worse recently, it would show initialing apps.. and it kept on initializing for ever until I went for it to be flashed. it has been flashed yet d fine hang after heavy usage and u have to remove d battery and hit the fine hard for it to power on. abeg, I don taya. fine is just one year old |

My inifinix hot s was giving me battery issue, i took it to carlcare and it was fixed and everything was working perfectly. Few weeks later, the minimize and home keys are no longer working. If i scroll down from the home page i don't see notifications and I wanted backing up images and other files on my system so i will be able to take it back to carlcare for repairs and I was not able to change the usb connection for me to see files on the system to finish the backup. Please what can i do? |
