You can give from 6 months. Just make sure it's ripe and in small quantity.and you can also dilute with water.

Yes all contraceptive methods are free at general hospitals and primary health centres. I did mine (implant) at a PHC

Good morning. Pls mamas that are using IUD, copper or the other one. please can u please tell me everything about it, what u have experienced so far, the advantages and disadvantages, because I'm thinking of going for this method after reading about all.

I got an arm implant in Dec2016. Its very effective
Side effects for me is no periods whatsoever, weight gain/difficult to loose weight and I occasionally have some discharges. I have also heard that it disrupts your cycle seriously

I got the implant instead of an IUD because I gave birth via CS and just didn't want anything intrusive. I plan to take it out mid next year though

OK I'll do an implant after my second child. mentual periods won't even be a disadvantage for me when I do it grin

Other mamas said it isn't safe for kids under a year. How old is your baby? I will not advice to give if under a year
he'll be 7months old on Wednesday. I did squeezed it for him yesterday and there is changes in his poo. it worked. I won't give him again as adviced by mamas.

enque and feddy27..... mehn! hands in theatre air for you both oooo as per IUD....the name alone scares me.

I did arm implant though in Nov 2015 and removed August this year. Process wasn't painful as the arm used was numbed, and the insert was done ...everything was done under 5minutes... same thing as the removal, area was cleaned, numbed and removed...was told to take antibiotics for a week following the removal.

Yes, it's hormonal...I never saw my period for those months I had it but as soon as I removed them....aunty flow came with her bags....

It's supposed to be completely free but, the FP nurse might collect service charge, smiley

Side effect for me: I lost weigh,no matter how much I ate, it didn't show on my body but, my needed flesh has come back in less than 3 months

It's either birthmark or the beginning of ela or she was held too tight or too long in the neck area.

When u get the fresh cow milk, dont boil immediately.Allow it to ferment(just leave it in the kitchen not fridge).U can boil the following day(the milk will separate from the water)Find sieve for ogi(that one that looks like headtie)pour it in and tie!Place sumtin heavy on it to help get the water out. After like 30mins,u can then remove it from the sieve and slice and the fry.Hope it helps grin
