That's port wine stain! More obvious in fair babies, if you shave her hair you'd find that it covers most of her scalp. Nothing to worry about it will even out eventually or become less noticeable as she grows. Though it will get redder first then dark.

The arm implant is hormonal
the coil (IUD) isn't hormonal (doesn't contain hormones)....my gynae advised me on mine, cos I wanted to see if my period will regularise after birth and thankfully it did.

Maybe u shld ask a gynae or dr.
