What a nice write up from op. Cohabitation in our tertiary institutions is as a result of lack of moral credentials. At the end of the day, is either Nysc part them or something else. Most of it don't result to marriage.

Just say you are jealous.

I cohabited when I was in the University. Neither me nor the girl had a spillover. Same Faculty, Same level and graduated same time. Infact, having someone around was more like a blessing for me. Though I agree it's a financial strain for your pocket.

I'm currently rounding up my Masters at one of the top Grand-Ecoles in France. So eat that up.

op you just brought back a sad memory of a dead friend. After cohibiting with the girl for two year he decided to find a new mate. To cut the long story short, that step lead to the end of his life

Its a normal thing here in my school, they just live with a guy, do countless abortions for him and at the end get dumped. I dunno why some girls don't have sense, the ones from rich family live with a guy, train him in school and foot his bills.

WTF

imagines guys approaching me to be their roommate, they will foot my bills and stuffs, I just say "not when my father is alive and footing my bills".

Anyway, it all boils down to family training and background.

Ben Carson, father of neurosurgery cohabited in fact the girlfriend helped find new ways for him to study and it was successful, M. and P. Curie cohabited and as a result they found and pioneered radioactivity in nuclear physics.
Others tried and failed. But like someone said earlier "what works for davido might not work for wizkid".

If i could Turn back the hands of time, i would have started cohabihiting from my day one in the uni.

Im so sure If i did cohabit back then, i wouldnt be facing the challenges i am facing now in choosing a suitable wife.

My singleness is now like an addiction to me and i cant even imagine sharing my life with any woman now.

The result now is That when i see a woman i like, i First imagine her as a baby mama rather Than a cohabiting partner a.k.a wife.

I understand what you are trying to prove. How many of those co-habition that something good actually came out of it. You will find out it's just 5%:95%.

I cohabited in my 100level days and I can assure you that my academics suffered alongside with most of those I know that also did.
Not all corrupt people will actually be chastised, a little fraction are actually being praised for it.
Bottom line:To every rule there is always an exception

you cohabit with sense undecided
many of you who have low grade due to cohabit is that you don't use your common sense to read.

at this present era were women are becoming useless, it is better to cohabit and have the experience than to marry and become miserable with that woman!

the truth most people won't tell you is that those who didn't engaged in cohabit are the ones finding it difficult to differentiate between a hooker and a wife and you will see them coming here and be telling ya that my "wife is not faithful what should I do" undecided

do you think ya parent will teach you on how to find a good woman?

you must first experiment to have a better result about yourself and fine tune it and ain't no nigga will tell you how to find a good woman undecided

you must carry out some series of research about the woman you want to live with and luckily cohabit is the best place to practice on how to become a better man in life.

you people who keep marrying a psychopathic woman who will probably kill you or permanently damage your life is as a result of not cohabiting to know the different kind of mad women we have in this countryundecided

Too bad I don't have a sister. So my advice here is irrelevant.

I do have brothers though. And Would I recommend it for them? YES, if they find a intelligent one to love. But it's also pretty irrelevant because they are well past University age.

Hopefully all your daughters will cohabitate When they get into the university.

A big Amen from you sir...!

Karma always deals with peeps like you by giving you only girls. cheesy

I don't think co-habiting is all negative, it depends on the two people involved just like how the progress of a marriage depends on the two people involved. Infact, co-habiting with an opposite gender helps you get prepared for marriage life. The only wrong thing in co-habiting i suppose is that it is morally wrong since the two of you are not legally married.

Cohabiting has become a norm in our institutions, you see bf/gf living togeda and fucking away their future out. what baffles me most is that they end up dumping themselves after sucking out each other's nutrients.
But basically, its as a result of d decay in our society and how we've lost our morals nd value

A big rotten decay!

I wonder what they tell dia parents @ home!

Forget about all the story you wrote up there.
There are 2 sides to a coin. Every situation has got both positive and negative examples.

I have personal friends that cohabited from 100 - 500lev. Guess what? They are happily married with 2kids.

Though I'm not an advocate of cohabitation but life is not a "one size fits all".

People are now proud of sin, we no longer condem evil rather we uphold it and praise it.
But quick to condemn pastors and tithes.
If you die cohabiting, straight passport to hell.

You can imagine the kind of parenting we get these days. Our youths see sex as a life style, but qouick to condemn pastors and tithes, politician and corruption.
