a SSBN with the capability to fire only 4 long range SLBMs (12 short range SLBM ) is not much of a deterrent or use.

a SSBN has less hydrodynamic performance compared to a SSN so at a disadvantage if used in the dedicated role of a hunter and killer SSN.

at best it can be converted into a SSGN with 20/24 AShM / land attack SLCMs

There's an adage that says a man with a single eye is a king amidst blind men.

So a SSBN that can fire just 4 LRSLBN and 12SRSLBN is okay to make a deterrent in the West African waters.

So can you now tell me how to steal a top notch SSBN? grin

well IMO the builders will let u steal it if u bring along 2.2 billion dollars grin

without payment if u steal it , u will end up with half the IN as ur guests of honor grin

seriously speaking why dont u guys buy the latest kilos they cost around 300 million only
even 2 should be enough in the near term

Kara/chi harbor 1971 after strike by Osa-I missile boats

a foreign observer termed it as the “biggest bloody blaze in the whole of South Asia”

many dont know, this was the first time when a ship launched AShM was used to hit land targets successfully in a war.

Osa-I missile boats did not have the range and endurance so they were towed to their deployment area by tug boats before proceeding to their target on their own.
