Hymen may be tough and elastic but not as tougher as one may assume. As a matter of fact it can get torn at any slight stress or exercise. So no trouble your head about that one. Hymen comes differently and it varies individually. Having an opening does not also mean a hymen has lost its intactness too,at least it serves in the running off of the menstrual fluid through the vagina.
So na normal thing.
Thank you so much.

what is number of cycle days? Also,cd21 should be assumed for both results?

As for the Swab, it is good if you start off with Rocephin intravenous medication. This can be done by nurses on doctor's prescription. But for me,I will prefer another test be done to confirm the S aureus this is because S aureus could follow with tools, improper lab environment etc.

@Azaebere

Oga SFA is okay. Count's improvement that is all necessary.
FSH,LH,Estrogen and Prolactin is normal at cd3(perifollicular) for assumed cycle days.

Progesterone was normally low for cd21. But may improve in-cycle.

Have you done another scan demonstrating this result?
Have you done any minor to major surgery on the abdomen or pelvis before?

Ma'am,please you may have to do another confirmatory scan to either buffer or buttress this result.
On confirmation, place of adhesion may be gainfully localised unassumingly.

Also, have you done any culture test for P.I.D?

Thanks for the quick response sir,
I av history of cadidas yeast infection with severe inching and thick whitish discharge.
The first time I did culture test last year it yielded heavy growth of candidas
I treated it with antibiotics regime with three different doctors and the symptoms stopped and I was told to do endocervical swap, hvs and other test I can't remember the name and it all came out clear this was 5 months ago. I don't av any symptoms again since then

Good evening doctor, please can scan show the presence of IUD insertion?
I had the IUD on some years back. But I didn't know if the doctor actually removed it when I wanted to.
Few months ago, I went for scan to see why I always have bloating stomach when my period is on the way but I wasn't told I still had it on, though it was a different hospital. Thanks.

Ma'am,it is possible a scan can show the presence of IUD,infact a normal manual pelvic exploit can ascertain to it...

Try to do away with your fibroid, the abdominal fullness(bloating) may ease up. You may also try the use of several medications to reduce indigestion or poor intestinal motility just in-check.
