What Nigerian language are you most comfortable using? I reckon that you need to look some words up in the dictionary to gain understanding. It is one thing to teach someone but another thing trying to explain something to a benighted pedant. Initially, you said that the word superior does not exist in the Bible; You said that someone cannot be superior to another. I have always asserted that the word ‘superior’ used in that sentence implies a position or a rank. I have posted 3 popular and approved dictionaries for learning for you to learn the meaning and use of that word. Now, you are clinging to “gender”. I have never used the word ‘gender’ in my narratives. I used superior as a synonym to the word “head” used in 1 Corinthians 11:3 in reference to position or authority. You moored at a Victorian school of thought but that is obsolete now. Before you pump your fist, do your dig. Husband is not a gender. It is a position or a title conferred on a man in a marriage. Man/male or masculine can be used for gender. I hope the above does it for you. Hairyrapunzel: |

Cool! So, you flow with the flow, in other words, you are fluid. From your personal standpoint, why do you think Jesus said that his father is his God? aigboeben: |

Re: Is Jesus God? by Nobody: 6:30pm On Jan 10, 2018 |
aigboeben:Mary was his earthly mother. God is the title of Jehovah. But, since God (Elohim) was also used to refer to other entities, the adjective "Almighty" is used to distinguish him from all other gods. If you believe that he is 100% God, are you in contention with the verse that says that he emptied himself and TOOK the form of a man? |

Yeah, but my question is not answered yet. There is one that Jesus called God, the father and he alone is referred to as the "Almighty God" and no one else shares that qualification. So, to the one that Jesus called father and referred to as greater than he is, will you say that Jesus can also be classified as almighty? salvation101: 1 Like |

removetheturban: You must explain o. You can open your wide mouth and talk of how God is superior to Jesus yet you can't explain what superior gender is. Your religion is a big joke. |
Re: Is Jesus God? by Nobody: 6:57pm On Jan 10, 2018 |
Please copy and paste where you got superior GENDER. I have never made a statement of that sort. Why do you blaspheme without remorse? As for your question on superior, I have answered that many times and if I did a poor job, then a standard institution could help you out. It is not a matter of explaining but the level of comprehension. If you speak any local Nigerian language, do tell! It might just be easier for you in your local language than English. Re: Is Jesus God? by Nobody: 7:19pm On Jan 10, 2018 |
The Bible translates God is your throne. He did not call him God. The translation is the deflection there but that isn't the case right now. The bone of contention is the qualifier "almighty" used to describe Jehovah. Is Jesus also called the ALMIGHTY? salvation101: |

removetheturban: But about the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. Why don't you people like quoting the whole passage? You quote parts and leave out the major phrase. |
