It was very obvious she accidentally omitted "away". Hence, her comment, "He passed last year". But because of whatever reason known to you, you decided to joke with someone's father's death. Don't act like you didn't know, I know you would though. Even a child would know what her euphemism meant.

I actually harbored thoughts on doing this when next I come to Nigeria. Imagine the two faced idiots. When I saw the thread, I actually thought everyone will call the op a guy as usual, this time, they know she's actually female but see them displaying their immaturity. Later dem go talk say naija girls too dey dull, the one wey get mind, see them displaying stupidity like it's their birthright.
