Agreed, but don't forget the laxity of morals as exemplified by the present leadership with regards the constant lies, lack of transparency etc has further ingrained negative attributes in the youth like : the get rich quick or die attitude as shown from the increase in yahoo yahoo (or its called Yahoo plus now), ritual killings and what not.

Like you said it's a mindset thing. We all need a complete re-orientation. Our value system is weak.

There have always been good individuals in any society. The problem we have in Nigeria is that they are a small minority. The only way we are ever going to generate the critical mass to turn things around is good leadership of personal example from the top. You need a Moses to inspire and motivate everyone.

People deserve to know this. Your phones produce static electricity which in the presence of a combustible material (like petrol or gas) could lead to an explosion.

This is the reason why we are told not to use our phones while buying petrol in filling stations.

How it happens is as follows: Static electricity results when there is an imbalance of electric charges within or on the surface of a material. The charge remains until it is able to move away by means of an electric current or electrical discharge. Your hand causes the discharge. Thats why you should leave your phone in the car while filling up your fuel tank.

Most phone covers and glass are made to be anti static and even if it is not, it will not be enough to ignite gas.

I watch documentaries, I download documentaries, I review them, because youtube is filled with junk documentaries also
