Very much possible,you just have to pick both 5e and 7e together with one lnb input 7e tp:11192(h)3210 reduce your setup of 5e and bring it down you hit green and get 66% then blindscan it you will get both bet goodluck.

Open the plastic cover and check that the sensor cables are properly connected. If screws were not tight they can come lose with vibration.

Thanks bro. I tracked the sat yesterday to watch the UCL and Europa league matches live, but when I did a blind scan they weren't part of the stations I got. I scanned again this morning and couldn't get the stations still. If you don't mind bro, can you please help me with their TP.

Since you have done everything already, you will have to bring it down, I mean away from the dish. Use your hand to roll the puller, you will notice that if you roll clockwise it will move up but if you roll anti clockwise it will move down. Now move it up to its limit with your hand, apply oils around the puller from head to toe and roll it down to its limit too. After that connect it back to the positioner and Jack manually because the numbers will already become invalid. If you are lucky it will respond.

Bring it down and use short cable to connect it with positioned. Then hold it and tune. If it moves the fault is from your cable or connection otherwise your sensor or moto is bad.

The problem could be from the positioner itself.If possible try another positioner and see if that changes. Hope that helps

OK, check the back of the positioner, make sure no cable is touching the other and also make sure that they are tightly placed inside the holes if no result, cut short cable like it was suggested, if you still fail to achieve any result then I think the jack is done, it could be positioner but positioner doesn't easily develop this fault. 9 out of 10, it comes from the jack.
