Sorry for replying late,,,, I attested weac and bsc at moe Nd mofa den ONLY BSC at embassy... Ill suggest u do d same since u av bsc, if u don't av bsc,, Nd u want to attest only waec in moe,,, testimonial will be required if only u want to apply for eligibility letter....

Is this a new rule? I was there three weeks back....and I didn't experience such. Please clarify. Only the WAEC certificate was needed if you want attest your Bsc. And, nobody asked further questions about any testimonals. Got First Leaving, WAEC, Bsc and Eligibility letter.

How do you get reseident permit? You get a job. The employer will do the needful for your permit.
