In his so-called prime in 88/89 Tyson beat a 39yr over the hill ex champion (Holmes), a low quality champion who started boxing as a middleweight and had fought just about 10 fights at heavyweight (Spinks), an overweight cocaine using ex-champion (Tony Tubbs) and an overhyped British boxer with a glass jaw (Bruno).

We don't want tales by moonlight stories to give him more credit than is due and deceive those who are not deeply informed. He knocked out lots of bums that had little or no credibiltiy or legacy before or after him. When he faced legendary quality he folded like an accordion. Suspect chin and suspect stamina, he would have been exposed in the 70s.

As for till the truth is the UFC is hungry for a star ... preferably a new European star . Till has gone through some training no doubt kickboxing , bjj etc ...but Wonderboy is something else .

If he beats Wonderboy which I think is going to be a hard feat ...all good to him but Wonderboy schools any other fighter who's name ain't Tyrone Woodley .

He's just about beaten everyone except Woodley ...if Wonderboy messes till up which I suspect he will . The hype about till will die . I have no horse in that fight but from a business perspective I would want to see how it goes .

Yeah the ww division is looking interesting now but it's between RDA , colvington and till to get at Woodley . Wonderboy vs Woodley 3 will likely not happen .

I will go with Wonderboy tho . He's striking isn't normal . So most can't cope . I suspect till is all hype of his win over cerrone .
