Good works prof. I have two probs;

1. One of my gens; 1.2KVA ELEPON. the current trips off after like 30-45mins but the engine keeps working. I've changed capacitor but it's the same. What could be the issue?

2. My 6.5hp 2.7kva TIGER GEN leaks oil, I have to top it like every 4days or so and it takes forever to start. Whats the possible solution?

I think ur connecting rod has gum together with crack shaft,

try this, remove the starter, then use anything like screw driver to force turn the pulling. see if it can tiurn

that is the service it need, except valve leakage the top cylinder need to loose to grind the valve

1.i think the dash board need to be check properly, if everything is OK there, the is ur diode in ur Amatuer

2.linkage is likely to be from the oil seal

My Sunshine TG 1500 generator (I pass my neighbour) keeps tripping off while in use.When it does, we top oil into it, then it works for some time and trips off again. We use daily from 7pm to 12am ( and can re oil up to 3times within this period.

We've had to service it 3times in the last 3weeks cause of same problem. D mechanics always blame it on servicing, but I feel there's an underlying problem other than servicing.

Please what do u advice?

Remove that with riesistor the blue condenser, and make sure the diode is well solderd or tire will to the wire,

I think nothing is wrong with dash board. When the light trips off the volt meter goes to zero!
If I understand ur statement well, you said I should remove the resistor then solder back the diode and d blue capacitor?

Don't u think that price is too cheap for 3.5kva not come to talk of 4.5kva, pls that is 2.5kva,and original elepaq is a rate of 70-75k, Lutain is what u can see for 60-65

I wouldn't call it a loud sound per se, it just decreases gradually in sound, accompanied with dimming and fluctuation of light, before it goes off.

Just very simple, make sure the chock get to the end and close the entrance of the cab well, but if the rubber is blocking the chock not to move to the end it will not start

Get sumec fireman, just make fireman is engraved with n the tank, carbrator, topclinder, close to where oil is change, the real cover that cover the cran case
