It's no glitch. That was the offer for several months - close to one year till they realised it probably wasn't paying them. They had to modify it in favour of this present one.
I've had no complaints too. And that's because of the voice and data bonuses I enjoyed. Take them away and there's absolutely no reason to be loyal to a network who's not loyal to it's subscribers. And to think they have the worst quality voice network. Every phone call is a battle.

You're totally correct. They modified it as you described. That doesn't make them useless...their very poor network does.

They should spend more on improving their network coverage and stability instead of doing promo every time.

The problem isn't the bonus you give but the rate you charge. You give x4 bonus and charge over 40k/s, where is the bonus? I bet you, your 100# airtime will serve you longer than the 400# bonus.
