The Point ain't about signing quality Players rather changing the System. Give Barcelona to Mou, and Messi and Co gonna turn to average Players.

Mou does not believe in Players expressing their selves or playing to their Strength, rather he prefers Players that are robotic and only play to Instructions - regimented System.

At times you would see like 4 Players struggling for Ball in the same Position; especially Mata, Young. Pogba and Sanchez mostly on the left Wing, then you ask yourself what the Hell are they all doing there?!
