Thanks, I have gone there but they are more interested in buying it from me than repairing it from my point of view. Even when they discovered it a minor fault they are not willing to go extra mile to fix it.

be sure to get a solar charge controller which is capable of doing equalisation. The tubular battery is a good one but if not used with the right charger would die before it's time.

I think Luminous has the equalisation function, Since they produce Tabular batteries there is an option to switch battery type to Tabular..

If you will be upgrading the batteries, then the 20A PWM is not sufficient, you may need CC to accommodate more panels and more batteries..

Also note it's a solar priority inverter, Once there is solar it will charge with solar, until the batteries get to 50% DOD even if there is Utility/NEPA..

It has Tubular function but lacks equalisation even though when I wrote them they claim it does equalisation once a month they won't say which day and how the once a month is calculated. Advice is to get a controller than has equalisation function.

Weldone , this is how most of us started but I must advice you to relocate that inverter position as it can get all messy maintaining flooded or tubular batteries .. Isolate the batteries from any metal , clothing , if possible construct a plastic base/pallette for the battery alone .. That chemical has a way of rendering your wears useless .. Cheer's

Yes that's company policy for a while now.. It depends on what you mean by "minor fault tho" . it takes an ancient man to try fix an ancient system at an ancient price knowing fully well that system was an award winning system few years ago when its brand new 3.5kva was sold at 160k ..
