Can we pls desist from making and giving false information, people have been on the wait for too long for anyone to just mess with thier heads and minds like that we Know how hard it is to find a job this days talkless of a very prestigious decent deligent one like the dss an opportunity not many would get to serve the nation in this capacity. Ur wrong if u follow the thread back up even see that some people received messages on the 4th and said so wen the had, some onde 5th some onde 6th and all of Dem reported to camp on de 8th of June 2016..

from my source when will get to the camp our phone will be collected from us,
we only have on sundays to go out of the camp and our phone will be giving back to us,
when we are back we will submit our phone back to the authorities, That it will be very important for us to write down the number we always call ALWAYS

There's always a day for calls. Like someone just said Sunday we will be allowed to go out into town hence our fones will be given to us too.. or there will be provision to call home once in awhile probably weekends.

True!! I said on this platform 1st week August latest.. so let's calm nobody has gone to camp. All of us here even one person never go come on na... It's absurb.. at least one person for don greet us bye bye or share the good news.. stay hopeful from now till August before 8th of August something go shelle

They have contacted the selected applicants. Applicants referees were contacted since last month and results verification has been done. if You are been told otherwise, it is either your source is lying or giving you false hope or not updated. What is left now is camp notification for the selected applicants.

I dont think DSS will contact the successful candidate without camp date, even a private organisation, always send a congratulatory message accompany with the date u are to resume or to b engaged. i am just saying.

The recruitment process in the service has 2 ways. Those who come in through the front door and those who come in through the back door(if you know you know). Those who came in through the front door have been vetted since March April while those coming in through the back door are being vetted now that's the reason for the calls o referees and the rest is being received about 2 weeks ago.
