I hope you know the present government is not borrowing money to pay salary despite the fact they are earning half of what the past government earned. It's never a crime to borrow money but borrow money for infrastructurer developments, roads, electricity , industry and agriculture. Even the US at at today borrowed $21.97 trillion . Perhaps they didn't borrow money to pay the wages of their workers. They borrowed for Technology and industrial development. If you are learned enough, you would not be there putting the government to bring back the people that borrowing money to pay salary at the time of surplus revenue
