Don't witchhunt Ihediola
Recover loots from Okorocha if you can
Let Imo feel that God really has a hand In your becoming governor.
Dont steal public funds
Really? He shouldn't witchhunt Ihedioha? If I was Hope, I'll start from tomorrow. For a cretin who spent most of his moments running after his predecessor and feeling like a king, I'd love to see him dragged and reduced to nothing that he is already.

I will study this judgement with that of Osun state cool
Osun case is straightforward, it was based on precedence rule, but this one, they said on technical ground, 388 poling units were never accounted for APC, probably PDP used thugs to out muscle Uzodima/APC during the election

Elections held. Polling unit results were declared and issued to agents and police. At Ward collation, valid results from 388 polling units where Uzodinma got over 200k votes were not collated in the Ward results without any legal basis. So it is basically, votes in 388 valid Form EC8As were not included in preparing Form EC8Bs, which greatly affected the final result and placed him 4th. At the Tribunal, these original duplicate copies given to the party agents and the police were tendered and spoken to by persons who witnessed the unlawful exclusion.

The case at the Tribunal was simply for the Court to exercise its power to include votes from these 388 polling which were ignored at the point of collation without a legal basis, in the final result.

That is all the Supreme Court did. When you add the excluded votes, Uzodinma had over 300k votes. That makes him the winner.

The last time the Supreme Court gave a decision like this is in Omoboriowo v Ajasi and Nwobodo v Onoh in 1984. So I'm not surprised that it's sounding new.

As a lawyer, I don't speak to the politics behind decisions. I speak to the legal basis behind decisions. There was legal basis for this decision. But let the politics continue.

I don't think you have visited Owerri very soon, if at all you have....some of you who are supporting Rochas did not see the projects that man executed in IMO state, compare them with the very ones Emeka did within this shortest time, you will understand more the pains of Imolites....Pls take a trip to Owerri ask people to take you to The police and immigration state headquarters he built and commissioned last year that you people where praising him online and you will know the kind of person Rochas was....these projects were not touched by anybody ooo or inhabited within this period but they are already delapidating. Anyway time shall tell. God should keep all of us alive.

So, INEC failed in its responsibility that the Supreme Court now voids results on the go. This is embarrassing to the electoral commission.

What innovations has Professor Yakubu brought to INEC to still remain there? What discussions are we having towards preparing for the 2023 elections? How can we use the intellect of the minister of communications and digital economy to computerize our elections and curtail malpractices so that Supreme Court does not void results? Can we test run any ideas on the Edo elections and party primaries?

After the 2019 elections, did we have an election summit to address grey areas and find ways towards improvement? Has the National Assembly intervened to discuss how to stop this embarrassment of the Supreme Court voiding INEC-declared results?

Please President Buhari, we need a young, vibrant man to bring innovation to INEC. Its time for Professor Yakubu and his commissioners to leave. I am ready to do the job, though I am not young.

I am saying this because between Sokoto and Kano, one of the elections might be voided by their Lord Chief Justices...and if that happens, it may cause trouble. If revolution would happen in Nigeria, it would start in the north, it would be better not to trigger it because we fail to address fundamentals on elections.

The way we conducted elections in 2011 is the same way we did in 2015 and 2019. Must it be the same way in 2023?
