both you and the person you quoted must be spiritually cursed. If we are to count the number of lies a certain people told to cover up killings in a recent protest - it would become clear who has a history of lieing - Amnesty International or another party.

Amnesty International originates from a developed country - yet to the shame of the black man all their countries are shit holes. This alone is enough reason for Amnesty to stay in Nigeria - for if foreign organizations leave Nigeria - Nigeria will be left in darkness. Even Nigerian elite go abroad for treatment - how much more Amnesty - foreign organizations are needed in Nigeria to develop Nigeria e.g. China is building rail, Germany power, Amnesty regulating excessive force, the black man seems incapable of doing anything on his own and is known for killing and brutalizing his own people and insatiable thirst for ego, power and saving face instead of being professional.

How did/does the West use Amnesty International to terrorise Nigeria? I don't have a specific answer. However, Amnesty international has been accused several times of biased reporting and one sided reporting. So there is a possibility that what you think you know from amnesty international is just a biased report that makes the government look bad.

Amnesty international has its good side, but it is still a weapon that west uses, subtly of course.

(2) For the Nigerian Army to have resorted to threat through its funded NGO, it means all underground method to divert the course of the investigation have failed including coercion and bribe.

(3) The south is always used as the mouthpiece to cover the dastardly acts of the evil doers of this country. Even the army spokesman that came out to say the video was doctored is a Southerner

(4) Amnesty International is an independent, unbiased and incorruptible international organization that prides itself in making investigations before reaching conclusions on global issues. The Nigerian Army has found out that the result of their findings would not be favourable hence the need for threats.
