If I would make an inference from what he said, I would say the panel has watched the video from the CCTV and discovered that bullets were fired directly at the protesters, now they want to ascertain the type of bullet fired!

It is ridiculous for the Judicial Panel to allow the Army as an accused party to present one of their own as expert witness and also submit blanks that were not taken from the crime scene in the presence of credible witnesses. Do you go to court and say the accused should be presenting his family members as expert witnesses? Where is the objectivity?

Even if we assume without conceding that they used blanks, do you know that blanks for a pistol used in filming killed Bruce Lee's only son? Do you know several actors have died from blanks fired from pistols? Do you know the muzzle velocity of pistols compared to rifles?
