201 deities ko, 402 deities ni. Where are the deities when they are killing our people like chicken. Our Kings are sleeping, simple. The deities only work for Kings that IFA choose. Politicians appoint our Kings nowadays. Everybody knows Ooni very well. He was a big-time fraudster before he was appointed. Oluwo was a drug pusher.

Igboho statement may be reckless but he has passed his message across.

ORIENTATION101:
Sunday igboho has offended all 201 dieties of Yorubaland , Cos that's what ooni represent.since he cant learn how to speak to elders, he will be taught a bitter lesson.
Any masquerade that sees himself like a God will be stripped Naked in the market place

The man suddenly turned Yoruba activist from political thug.

So you want Pastor adeboye to lead fight against fully armed fulani herdsmen...I think there is a curse on yorubas to produce people like you.

Why are my people behaving like bastards...why are they suppporting herdsmen against their people?

Igboho should be very careful so that he won't offend those that will stand for him when trouble come. Not because you are fighting to defend Yoruba people then you will now start to insult your traditional people.
Even if what he said turned out to be the truth?

Honestly, I support Mr Igboho on this course he's fighting. He has shown to us that he is a man with balls by daring to fight the marauding Fulani herders when others were afraid.

He is fighting a genuine course! You don't forcefully take people's ancestral farmlands while killing and raping them in the process and expect such people not to react.

Celebration in the enemy Camp....

Remember this was how Hausaland was grabbed coz there was never untiy....

The turks invaded and conquered constantinople in 1453 coz the Western christian Europe and Byzantium lacked Unity.

This seed of confusion has been long sown and we are beginning to see its manifestation.

In the battle of oshogbo there were two Yoruba saboteurs (fifth columns) among the fulani warriors who launched the attacked. Both were killed.
Are we on the verge of repeating history?

In Oni's message. Sunday Igboho and Yorubas, stop resisting our fulani masters. Go home and wait till it get to your turn. Accept your fate.

Atleast my EFCC corruption case and oil rig will be intact.

Will you keep quiet there. No be only 201 deities, why not 202 or 2003.

Chief Sunday Igboho criticised the Ooni's visit to Buhari at such a time, when the people the Ooni is supposed to be king over are experiencing some of the worst hardship known to man.

As much as we Yorubas are taught to respect our elders, I am afraid now is not the time for such lessons. In the Yoruba language, there is a saying roughly translated that goes "what is the use of an eldership, if not to cheat a younger one". Ooni is hiding behind his throne, he has still not revealed what transpired in the meeting. I do not claim he received dollars but judging by how traditional rulers have sold themselves out like cheap prostitutes I will not be surprised if he did.

We Yorubas are at a juncture where enough is enough, presidency be damned, to hell with diplomacy. It is one thing for these leaders to play their games, but when it affects the average man in the streets, the average man will speak out and if you do not like his tone, you can go to hell. Ooni needs to remember Yoruba history, there are kings who have been dethroned by their subjects due to imposed hardship untold. If things get worse than this, Yoruba people will come for all of them.

If those who are saddled with the burden of leadership can not speak up, then they should accept whatever insult is thrown their way because we know they are all nothing but a bunch of sellout cowards!

I like your words...YOU TALK LIKE A WARRIOR!

A leader that can not fight for, be outspoken on behalf of, and vehemently defend his followers is not a true leader. And it isn't only the traditional leaders in the South, that includes most of our governors and political leaders. They are no more than opportunists ready to benefit by virtue of their office but not interested in getting down to fulfill their duties to the people.

Here is where I stand on the issue,

Sunday Igboho has been thoroughly fortified spiritually and in readiness for battle. So his behaviour and mannerisms while under this spiritual armor as nd spell will be very boisterous, he is expected to be fearless, attack anyone and not back out from a confrontation. His frustrations with fulani action on his fatherland is what propels him into action and that frustration is like fire it is spit out at anyone and anything he identifies as pro-fulani. Ordinarily without the spiritual powers that now sits on him I dont think he would go that far in addressing Ooni.

Kaabiyesi, Oonirisa, Adimula Alase Aiye.
Awa Omo Oduduwa wa lori idobale o.
A be Kabiyesi ko se idariji fun Oloye Sunday Adeyemo. K'Ade pe lori, ki Bata pe lese Oba.

ADE WO NI KOPE LORI? why would he go to Abuja in the first place? And he came back still, he couldn't say anything. When you are truthful, you speak it always regardless of who you are speaking it to.

The Ooni seems to be serving the interest of the Fulani.

I thought Igboho apologized, for something he shouldn't have apologised? Why then is the Ooni still going on with this fight as though he is in some sort of competition with Igboho.

First of all, he went to visit Buhari, most likely without consulting with the Alafin of Oyo, in whose state, Igboho acted, and in whose state, the Fulanis were wreaking havoc. The Ooni must have been aware of the letter written to Buhari by the Alafin, yet he made such a trip at a very critical stage in the Yoruba survival struggle, and he still has the temerity to claim headship of Yoruba culture, while Alafin and the lowly Igboho who is not in line to any throne in Yorubaland, seem to be the ones defending the Yorubas.

Second of all he tried to discourage Igboho from his current campaign of ridding Yorubaland of Fulani terrorists. Now he is carrying on with an imaginary fight with Igboho, all in an attempt to keep Igboho bogged down, while the Fulanis restrategise and deal Yorubas a fatal blow.

This Ooni should mind himself and take cognizance of the fact that his royal stool does not grant him the license to help in the extermination of the Yorubas by allying with Fulanis

Sunday Igboho should be very careful. He should be building a United front and not fighting and insulting respectable personalities.

Yorubas are very responsible and respectful. We don’t go about boasting and talking carelessly. He should apply Yoruba native intelligence in what he’s doing and stop taking like a parrot at the slightest sight of a microphone or camera.

The criminal herdsmen going about killing people don’t grant interviews. Even the Iskilu Wakili that some people are hyping has not said anything on camera. His pictures are not even available online despite the hype. Igboho must be careful going forward.
Very apt!

lol. United Igbo's that are killing themselves in communal clashes in Effium, Ebonyi as I type? Or the ones involved in land war in Anambra. You are always foolish to jump on every Yoruba thread to express your irrelevant hate. We don't care about omo atohunrinwa like you, anyway

What is needed from the Ooni in this matter is quality leadership.

Ti a ba fi owo otun ba omo wi; a fi owo osi fa mo ra niii

In the interest of Yoruba race. I beseech the monarch to apply wisdom. There is need to identify the common enemies here.

To me Sunday Igboho has made a lot of right steps. He recognised his error and he has apologised. I hope some people of Yoruba race in Ife are not take vengenance on him for his role during Modakeke Vs Ife ethnic war?

If Ooni is the Spiritual head as said in the post. Then Ooni needs to ensure that Cows are not more valuable than the Yoruba People. A le to ti pe a ma je eran ki a ma pe malu ni bode!!!

Respect is reciprocal

Yoruba says igbo don't have respect.

But Yoruba respect is overdose, Too much of everything is bad

Every man is a king in igbo land. inshort The Obi of onitsha bows to Men with heavy pocket. we respect, we don't fear our king.

Go to Lagos and see how Igbos opened Yoruba boys eyes to reality, that you can shout at elders and ogun won't strike you dead.

Those Mama Put and Buka women dey hear am hot hot from igbo boys if them misbehave, they will shun you no matter your age

The igbos are leading when it comes to unity in dealing with this fulani menace. All others are just making noise and doing nothing. I wish other southern indegenes can team up with their people and flush this people from their environment. It's an eyesore that someone can just deprive you of your property. It's just so unthinkable. I dey fight to the last for what's mine. May God help the true southerners and not some double faced people amongst us.
