Nwanne i totally agree with you. My concern with some people is where they have to put Anambra on a spot as if Anambra is a different entity aside Nigeria. Everyone knows that Nigeria as a whole is a shithole, I have been to some developed countries so I know this for a fact. I have been to almost everywhere in Nigeria , they are all same with little difference maybe in housing patterns but they are still run by the same black people and their below per leadership

I will post a few street from Jamaica or Barbados that have less resources than most Nigerian states. But because they insist on proper waste disposal and fight against street trading and general lawlessness , those small countries now look like heaven compared to Nigeria. There’s no difference between any state in Nigeria they are all the same in outlook with little differences here and there maybe in the pattern of buildings, etc , but overall it is the same black people and their characteristics.

Meanwhile Jamaica and Barbados which had the worst types of street trading and littering of the streets like in Nigeria a few years ago, started cleaning up their country, planting trees and flowers along their roads and removing illegal structures used for street trading. Today, these countries look decent while Nigeria that used to look decent in the past, has continued to get worse over the years.

The only problem I have with this yanga guy is that his report is usually unbiased and totally out to rubbish the on projects. All the things he kept repeating in his videos are worse in other states like Enugu, Imo, Abia and even Delta. The only l reason clash with some people here is when they try to make certain things seems as if it is only happening in Anambra whereas it should all inclusive for all the states particularly in SE. is the only credible source of information.

Before the rains begin, they will fill the new drainage channels with refuse to guarantee that the drainage channels will not work. Anambra State has received four prestigious technology awards for its commitment to digital development.

The awards were presented during the ICT peer review session at the 11th National Council on Communication, Innovation and Digital Economy (NCCIDE) meeting held in Kano.

At the helm of the meeting was the Minister for Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani and hosted by the Kano State Governor, Engr Abba Kabir Yusuf.

The state achieved the Overall Winner Best State in Digital Technology Development award for scoring the highest in all categories and showcasing its dedication to advancing its digital landscape.

Anambra also won the First Position, Best State in Digital Infrastructure Technology Development award and the First Runner-up in both e-Government Implementation and Digital Technology Human Capital Development.

The awards reflect the strategic vision and execution of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s leadership.

Recieving the awards the Managing Director and CEO of Anambra State Information Communication Technology Agency, Mr Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata, dedicated the awards to the team at ICT Agency and praised the Governor for creating the enabling environment as well as a vision which guides the Agency in line with the ‘Everything Technology, Technology Everywhere’ mantra.

Mr. Agbata who dedicated the awards to the team at ICT Agency, revealed that the dedication and hardwork to the Governor’s vision as well as co-operation and collaboration of the entire solution team, made the award possible.

“This achievement no doubt reflects our unwavering commitment to technological advancement and the transformative journey we are championing in Anambra State,” he added.

The awards during the official opening ceremony, followed the earlier recognition received during the ICT Peer Review session, where Anambra’s presentation made by Dr. Florence Idigo, a Director in the State ICT Agency, garnered enthusiastic applause and commendation from industry experts.

Anambra state’s impressive performance highlights its commitment to infrastructure, e-government, and human capital development.

It is also worthy of note that the state’s impressive outing at the annual event that brings together the federal government and state underscores its strategic vision and exemplary but detailed execution in the realms of infrastructure, e-government, and human capital development under the visionary leadership of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR.
