Another way to check, you can type/comment your domain in this forum i.e Mondayfriday.com, then Google your domain and check if any of the search results points to where you commented it (indexed). On whether Geo domains are prone to ban? Most endusers redirect the Geo domain to their main website and market the supposed domain physically. They can simply make a billboard sign advert for tampalimoservice.com(being easy to remember and seo friendly) and forward the Geo domain to their main site. Now ban or no ban it doesn't affect their business. Hope I'm clear enough for everyone?

lolz..a penalized domain weda redirected or not is never SEO friendly..

Its a wasted investment for a business that particularly bought it to redirect it to their website for SEO sakes. A penalised domain will come so low to in SEO rankings such dat its Google search is of little or no use to improving the web presence of such business.
When u search for limo services in Tampa.. the website example comin close to an exact keyword match should bring up d website as one of highest ranked search results UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Once clicked..will redirect to the actual website of the business.
But for a penalized domain, it's not so..

this is a very weak assertion borne out of a wild conjecture. You seem to underestimate the power of Google search pointers in making a business grow stronger from customer awareness via the web.

you begin to have problems with this seo thingy when you deal mostly on geo domain names. Geo domains is good because it can serve as a lever to start your domain career, pay is swift and quicker while the other ones may take a bit of time.

exactly my point..this is why i expected the amateurs who are weighing in on geo-domains for startup sales to not take this SEO issue lightly as regards the google Penalty issue. Not every newbie can afford the luxury of patience, that might eventually be linked to the aforesaid.
I see no crime in looking out for pointers that might delay sales.

. A good domain goes beyond the name. The fact that u sold a domain under 2days is not always an indication of its quality. U got an end-user who needed it asap. but how long can u go with HitnRun approach and refuse to aknowledge possible red flags.

There is a reason ppl are more successful in some tinz than we are. it's not always a matter of luck or destiny story.

most domainers on here invest heavily in keyword rich domains, which is seriously affected by a google penalty. This kinda tinz can affect sales potential of domains when faced with elightened enduser(s)

A friend of mine i introduced into domaining eventually landed himself with a penalized domain as his 1st purchase. Big discouragement
Google penalty is not an unsolvable problem tho, just small stress involved

I had 2 old facebook account before now so I dedicated one to domains recently

i fink that is the best chance one has to escape their radar. the few guys i know who av had a smooth sail like u were using old accts. while d odas av their 6,7,8yr old accts pulled down like d new ones.
too bad for me that i av only one old acct. cant take that much risk widit
