Someone should try open NETSOL & NAMEPROS with mtn data network and give feedback.

I guess it's a temporary general network issue..

I rather buy a domain from namesilo for 2557 and renewal for less than $15 than buy $1 elsewhere and risk account being blocked plus $34 renewal fee.

This business is a slow business for some of us who think you must make a sale every month or every 3 months.

Nothing is guaranteed except that if you have a good domain, it will sell in its time which may take even a year.

If u buy domains on netsol at same frequency u buy from namesilo..your acct can never fall under their radar.
It's the abuse of cheap purchase privileges dat makes them suspend(not block)

It's as simple as buying from there and go ahead with sales...any unsold domain u wanna retain, u simply move to another registrar and make renewal there..

Nothing is wrong with sticking with namesilo as well, if u got d cash to stock up your portfolio as desired.

I mentioned the issue here last week and we thought they won't refund.

congrats, i guess u got the mail to that effect. I'm yet to get any email from them on one acct i got suspended some time ago.
i av been refunded for 36names b4 tho, early last month, tho not all came, the ones with access bank cards came in 90%(maybe bank ish).

once u get an official email that your orders on a particular day was cancelled, refund is sure.

incase u know not, Immediately u agree deal with a buyer.. that domain bcums non-existent in your public portfolio on undeveloped. This puts u at a disadvantage coz other prospective buyers might not get to see it via undeveloped.

the kind of outbounding that makes gmail block one's acct must av been a really aggressive one. I doubt i can attain such threshold. I am a lazy domainer in aspects of outbounding. I do more of selective outbounding when the mood feels right. if an end-user dares to reply me with a price inquiry. I just work on ways to bring him to the negotiation table.

One end user is my current project , they are ready to buy, but the person(CEO) who is to call the shots on the deal has been bedridden with stroke from the very day we open talks, yet they have my domain as their contact details, they never knew until i made them aware which gives me leverage, since they dont wanna take it off. #CROSSROADS

The fact that there is no end user now doesn't mean one won't come. Don't be so pensive about domain sales.

Lemme share my personal experience with U.. I bought a domain less than 2mths ago having the end users in an American state in mind. It was supposed to be a city+service domain.
I outbound to all end users on my radar for the domain, not even one of them winked at me.

I just left the domain and moved on with my life, one fine day, last week, a lady paid for the domain without negotiations cox her surname is same as that of the city in Florida, USA.. and she offers the service embedded in d domain name.

I bought a city+service domain
But for her it turned out to be her name+service domain. A perfect business name for her in the Art Niche.

Just keep the hope alive coz in the business of domain flipping.. nothing is cast in stone

I don't think I would buy $1 domain with that account again. I still have 27 names in that account. I don't want to risk being permanently banned. One has to be careful dealing with netsol.
I will just look for a way to register the 14 names they dropped.

the moment something happens to a $1 domain on your acct that u bought directly from them, U can't escape suspension and eventual acct lock

So I called them. They sent me a link but when I tried using the link I got an error message (sorry...bla bla...). I called again and another person picked it, he also sent me another link that gave error messages.
It was resolved after calling them for the third time.

But when I regained access to my account, the names I registered last (14 of them) were missing. All were registered on 26th of February.

next time, just go straight to the point and tell them ur acct has been locked and u want a solution, just to avoid wasting unnecessary call time

Yes, unless u are stubborn like i am. coz i have devised new ways to avoid losing $1 domains to them(hope it works), i love risky rides alot, as far it gets me paid.

Dont waste your time on that. Netsol are supposed to send u a mail notifying u of your revoked purchases promising a refund(as should be), but for the past 48hrs+, they dont anymore, which means they are not ready to refund(and may likely not) as they deem what u did as fraud.

your case is small, som1 here already has a buyer for his domain who was about to pay($250), only to realise the domain is no longer in his acct(yet showing his details in whois), i have instructed him to quickly go get the name at Namesilo b4 buyer changes his mind. The strange part now is NETSOL av set the domain as premium for same price the buyer of this guy's domain wanna pay...talk about thievery on NETSOL's part.

he made a sale of recent too. i guess he'll announce himself here when this new deal goes green

One thing for sure is that; the moment u av a $1 domain to your name.. anything can happen!!

2. How much per minute?

3. What is the best time to call them?

1. MTN int'l calling bundle *131*5*6*1#
IDB300 - 20mins of int'l calls for #300(3days)
IDB500 - 40minsof int'l calls for #500(7days)
IDB1500 - 150mins of int'l calls for #1,500(30days)

2. Don't try per min calls, you'll spend as much as 1k on just 20mins of call

3.Anytime. They pick your call in about 30secs - 1min

When you have eventually solved your issue with them.. try steer clear off that promo tinz, they use it to scam peeps who buy.
Once they reason your account(most likely) they will drop your domains without informing you and may never refund you. This is a new development of the past 48hrs..even the ones u bought months ago will be affected. Those guys are angry these few days

If you however wanna take the risk.. use a separate acct not your main one. Good luck

dont ever give netsol time beyond 12hrs. U will just grow old and lose weight whilst waiting. Keep calling and bugging them. they will do it in 48-72hrs

fret not. it's not a serious issue, he will just have to call them and pester to av it unlocked. nothing will happen to his other domains.

Netsol are vexing now, they block accts anyhow. So if u make purchases, u gotta be doin it with scopes now. I still buy domains for ppl atleast 30per day but i ensure it's not back to back within a short period of time. it will make them reason u. atimes i'll choose not to buy for straight 10hrs. Hoping they dont av my time
