this is the thing!! I've never heard of treatment for food poisoning! food poisoning you have to wait out, then re hydrate, there are no pills or treatment or whatever! Your body is already treating it by getting rid of the food!

This is what I don't understand, there is nothing the doctors in Germany will do? Unless the whole thing was a lie like some are suggesting.
