I have seen the documentary(In fact I have a video of it on my laptop)on this said war incitement plan! It was even shown on Al Jazeera station on two occasions. There is no way the submarine weapons would have been able to take off half of US. The three people in command of the submarine almost lost their lives to hunger, bad breath, sweat and almost launched the weapons from the thought there was already a war when US kept launching bombs into the Atlantic ocean to bring them to the surface.
