I mentioned it some posts ago

Butternut squash is like what we call anyù in igbo when cooked. So very sweet. Thicken with oat flour and u get that.

If there is no oat flour, grind the normal oat with the grinder used for dry things.

I cut small small and cook for like 8 minutes before blending as it's very strong. So when cooked, can be blended as one does beans for moi moi.
Healthy alternative for pounded yam, foofoo or garri.

I don't know them o But I have seen one prepared with rice( that type of rice is the one used in making rice wine). As long as the main ingredient is protein, way to go

U can use anyù to achieve this. No difference.

I eat my anyù like that. It's the sweetest food ever. But be ready to sleep in the bathroom if u eat it as dinner

My mum knows it the first thing to pack when coming for omugwo.

Smooth fufu,okro soup,plenty dry fish(i love dryfish,my mom and i dey always fight when i visit her cos i eat all the fish in her kitchen) and cow head.
The only thing I don't like is that the cook cuts the okro too big.I no even know if na okro or vegetable soup I dey chop again.
Please ladies always make your okro soupy for people like us.
