If I bought a stock at N10 and set the sell limit price @ N8. If the current price of the stock is N9, will the system sell the stock automatically at N8 even though the current mkt price is N9 or will it only sell when the price drops to N8

The system will automatically sell at your limit price of N8

What is the Bollinger Band Squeeze?
The Bollinger Band Squeeze occurs when volatility falls to low levels and the Bollinger Bands narrow. According to John Bollinger, periods of low volatility are often followed by periods of high volatility. Therefore, a volatility contraction or narrowing of the bands can foreshadow a significant advance or decline.
