Am not impressed with the dividend paid by gtbank, mere N1.30k, a lot was expected from them, compare it to zenith bank. Can't wait for first bank o.

The dividends and bonuses are the juicy movers and shakers of the Nigerian stock market.
More results to come soon.

U missed the bus with oando! If u want to go in, I advise u wait until they issue their rights and release their result, then the price will correct, u can get it lower by then. Otherwise if u buy now, ur profit margin might not be much. Nothing with honeyflour in my own opinion.
Tomorrow should be a good day, waiting for first bank.

Why are you not impressed? have you forgotten that they paid N.25k Interim dividend....this makes it N1.55k for the year!

I prefer banks that pay Interim Div! these dividends help my cash flow especially when i need to go for summer!!

my oga, even 0.25k is still poor, bringing all to N1.55k, considering their current price. But above all still fair compared to unilever, cadbury and all them over valued stocks. we wait for first bank o. looking at N24 to 25 high.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by manie(m): 1:11pm On Apr 03, 2013
Okomu Oil has crossed the N80.00k mark, we should not be surprised when this stock gets to N100.00k

How come the companies that are making billions of naira profits from the Agricultural sector are all foreign owned. Okomu and Presco have more than 50% foreign shareholding.

Not too bad, it is manageable. It depends on the price you paid for the stock. Some investors bought this stock for less than N7.00

Astute investors buy when ordinary investors' appetites are low. Access also went below N6.00 some months ago.
