On my suspended account by Arm Securities, they replied me saying that they are sorry for it, THAT IT WAS A SYSTEM GLITCH which has been rectified. I will buy again tomorrow to confirm. On Ecobank debiting and clearing all kobo from my account based on new CBN policy on cryptos, after repeated mails and live chats, they are still replying that investigation is going on and will report back to me. After waiting since February 11th 2021, I decided to report them to consumer protection department of CBN[ cpd@cbn.gov.ng]. This evening CBN replied me that they are on my case and will reply me in due course. FINGERS CROSSED 3 Likes 1 Share |

talktofemi: If the only documentation she has is the name of the company where she has shares that is enough to get all her outstanding dividends not older than 12 years. All you need do is to check for the registrar in charge of the company she has shares in. Download the e dividend mandate form, complete and send to the registrar or submit at the customer care at her bank whichever is convenient. However if there is a change of name along the line then the registrar in charge need to be notified accordingly with acceptable evidence. 1 Like |

emmasoft: Thank you. But will the registrar process the e-dividend mandate form if the account number of her shareholding in a company is not known? Once again thank you. |

Please is it possible to transfer shares of stock from one CSCS account to another . My mum bought stocks some years ago and her broker is no longer active, so we can't sell it. I have my own CSCS account with an active broker, I don't know if it is possible to transfer the shares |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by bigjay01(m): 10:58am On Mar 01, 2021 |
I yMcy56: Afriprud of #6 paying a dividend of 50k implies a DY of 8.33% NASCON of #16 paying a dividend of 40k implies a DY of 2.5% NASCON should be punished. Then again, the market is irrational and imperfect. 3 Likes |

Mirallas: It's possible. Let your mum open another cscs account with your current active broker. When completing the form use her current CHN when her account is opened, the active broker will tell you the necessary documents to submit and her stocks will be moved. With her stock moved to the same broking firm you are right now, she just give a cross deal order and all her stocks will be transferred to you instantly. |

considering the trend in past years.. this stock may see.. N5 between now and June as people dump it after dividend with hopes to re-enter later in the year at lower entry point. You could pick some at 5.75 and average down majorly as it drifts closer to N5. it will require patience. DextrousDavid: 1 Like |

@3% dividend yield i no sure o...particularly with better bargains in the market. I understand you maybe looking at this relative to Airtel's current price. It may come good in the near future. But I'm purely considering the opportunity cost of investing in MTN at this current price. megawealth01: 1 Like |
