Sir, Unity Bank has an all time low of N2.13 (21k). Without factoring in any transaction charges, 30% appreciation at this entry price compounded will be N2.83. The stock had an intraday high and closed at 2.75. Please tell us another story.

Ha Ha! Nice one there. Making us feel like we missed one major opportunity to hammer.

Omo time to bail, b4 they lock me in.
Closure for said stock is going to be before the AGM on the 25th of June, and payment thereafter. As they envisage many will not take up said rights, bulk of funds will be raised from links in the UAE.

In addition, for every stock you buy, pls endeavour to know your EXIT price.

It's not cast in stone to buy and go to sleep just because somebody mentioned that u can make 100% gain on a stock. A real 10% gain realised in ur account sometimes is better than 50% paper profit that could lead to a LOSS in real time if u dilly dally aspa decision making

Costain is a good stock to watch. It has chances of gaining between 50% to 100% in no distant time.

I can proudly say we are into advanced gambling in NSE.

@ All in the House
I try to observe patterns, I have never given a stock pick, but I endeavour to share my observations. Yesterday the stock gained 5.04% in the last minute of trading (see below). This caught my attention. Check the time Sai Buhari made his disclosure this morning and compare with the timing and value of trades in said stock today. The stock opened high and had traded almost 1m units at 5.22 before his disclosure. One mans ponmo is another mans meat.
Disclosure: I have held jijo positions in said stock prior to closure, and re-entered after closure also with JIJO intentions.

It is the new kid on the tier 1 block.
It is a Systemically Important Bank, which means specially protected class.
It has among the most concise OS in the sector, and stronger Q1 eps than diamond.
It is still cheaper than even fidelity when you check their ranking by capitalization.
It has a smart Board and Management. They used Mainstreet's money to buy Mainstreet.
I am in skyebus until it overtakes diamond.

Please consult an investment expert.

U forgot this:

It has one of the poorest ROE in the sector, explains the cheapness/cheapity/cheapishness
