I always receive a message purporting to give tips on a successful marriage from a shortcode number 32896. I never subsrcibed yet I am constantly billed for it and money removed from my account. How do I stop the service?

Please re-confirm the number you posted and be aware that it is a service that costs N5000 for activation. And at the claimed time, you were having less than N100. No activation on the line on the said date. Thank you.

Chuksworld: I was wrongly migrated to postpaid plan by some group of people under www.cashkonnekt.com, I have been trying to migrate back to prepaid plan but all my effort for mtn cc to assist me has been fruitless. I have gone to their offices, called cc, and since march 2013 till now they have not been able to just migrate me back to prepaid plan. My number is 07033786886. I want my prepaid plan back or I will be left with no other option than to port.

Sorry about that. Please take note, you can't register any number on the mtnzone\mtn faf tariff plans. So if the number isn't displaying probably means you haven't registered the number. Kindly advice the owner of the line you are tryin to register to migrate to one of our new tariff plans.

MTN is fuk* ed up...so annoying. My #8000 just entered voice mail simply because i switched from browsing per time to browsing per megabyte...and after wasting my money calling customer care, d hostlie people asked me to visit mtn office
After visiting 3 mtn offices, including d head office, they said there was nothing they could do. The SIM didn't even browse after that and i had to register anoda sim dat didn't browse because ur network is so crappy.

MTN FAF is an old tariff plan, hence you can't register numbers on it like before. Sorry about that! But you can migrate to either MTN trutalk or MTN Smoothtalk were you can add 2 numbers to ur you and mε list for trutalk and 1number to your you and mε list for MTN smoothtalk. Thank you

Weldone Bros,u try no bi small. just wonder if ur programers @mtn can add priority to data usage on the network. Should't it be dat when i buy or given a 10MB lasting for a week and mtn's recharge bonus of 5MB lasting 24hrs be used up first before dat shld last a week? Not just in data,also to other bonus services on ur network, even sms: in days of bulk purchases, any bonus given will not be used til d paid ones are exhausted! that's not fair, why give a bonus u don't want ur customers to use? Even right now *559*4# says 'Nat SMS yet to use:210' yet never usable! Please let der be fairness MTN!
