Good evening, my mtn number was recycled. So I need to request that they delete my details from that line since someone else is using it. I don't think its appropriate for them to have my details when I am no longer their customer. Thanks.
By the way, it is absolutely poor customer service that they could not inform me whether through text or email that they were about to recycle my number.
