To sink a borehole, install a submersible pump, compress it and pipe the water to your tank costs between N100-120k in PH. Takes only two hours to complete, we did one for this site.

Thank you, its not the mansion but the mansion is also very close to the house.

We got some more trips of sand to fill this site, my boys are here waiting and immediately the sand came in, they rushed it into the foundation.

We are boarding this foundation for casting, wood framing done today.

Casting is planned for Monday, before then we are arranging for more water to be poured to sink this foundation tomorrow, compacting is planned to happen tomorrow as we have hired a vibration system compacting machine for tomorrow.

However, I don't expect too much sinking as this is sharp sand used for the filling.

More equipment came to site today, more pictures later as we plan to cast this DPC and move this building UP!

It is always better to cast everything same day when you can afford to, decking, German floor or columns.
