We got in more materials to this site and started work in full, my target is to move as fast as I can and commence the decking of this house as early as this weekend. I am planning to start bringing in decking materials as from this week.

casting progressing smoothly, tomorrow we start topping the final blocks before the decking will start. I will start buying decking materials as from this week.

Activities here has been so slowed down due to the slow supply of materials, it took 5 days before this last batch of materials arrived in site. We now have decking wood.

The bamboo took another day to arrive, after I had left site. But we are slowly starting this deck we should have completed like 14 days ago. We have to be fast to catch up the lost time......

The budget is N10.6m, materials, labour, etc from foundation, work store, till the roofing is completed. So far we have not overspent on this project.
