5. Nigeria
Nigeria is the country in West Africa with the cheapest cost of living. It's also known as giant of Africa. Nigeria is rated as fifth-cheapest in Africa with a cost of living index of 31.75. Nigeria is blessed with enormous amounts of natural resources making her the largest economy on the continent. Nigeria also has fertile lands rich in agriculture making food cheap and readily available with a basic meal costing around $1-$2.

6. Rwanda

Rwanda is the sixth cheapest country to live in Africa with a cost of living index of 34.01. The country has made significant growth toward economic development in the past few decades. Don't you guys consider how they got their money to dispense?

Nobody could get cash in Nigeria including the pos operators.

But because it's their business, they fought tooth and nail to get money at all costs in order to stay in business. Then you expect them not to recover what they spent to get the money.

It's just like blaming commercial vehicle operators for increase in fare when there is fuel scarcity.
