This car is in good shape. Sent down by a friend in Europe. In my area, parking is on the street and after a while was advised to register it to discourage theft. Registered it 29th Nov 07 and initially thought about keeping it for myself. Now my guy needs his money which I don't have ready. Drives well and everything works. 160,000km. Leather seats. Senior Architect (Must have):
Shall supervise all outsourced software architects, and serve as team lead for the outsourced team, shall be directly accountable for the outsourced team, the senior architect must be proficient in design following the MSF framework and also be proficient in methodologies such as the RUP. Certification in ITIL will be an added advantage.

Architect (Must have):
Shall define the end-to-end structure of the proposed system, which consists of software components, the externally visible properties of those components, and the relationships between them, like the Senior architect, the architect must be proficient in design following the MSF and also be proficient in methodologies such as the RUP. Certification in ITIL will be an added advantage.

Senior Business Analyst (Must have):
Shall supervise all outsourced business analysts in addition to performing the roles of a business analyst. The Senior Business Analyst MUST be proficient with CASE too such as Microsoft Visio, proficient with UML notation and be able to use Business Mapping Tools to develop simple forms for end users e.g. Oracle Application Express. InfoPath  e.t.c.

Business Analyst (Must have):
The Business analyst shall perform initial analysis of the project at hand. This analysis includes but is not limited to: gathering user requirements, understudying the user to determine how functions are performed and represent same in UML form, preparation of functional specifications, etc. The Business Analyst shall participate in the study of the interacting, interrelated, or interdependent business functions, processes and/or activities that make up the proposed software system and the separation of these elements into constituent parts for further study or development. The Business Analyst shall also serve as liaison between the Users and the Systems Analysts/Developers. The Business Analyst MUST be proficient with CASE tools such as Microsoft Visio and must be proficient with UML notation.   

Senior Developer (Must have):
This role shall perform the functions of the developer and developer - UI and in addition shall supervise all outsourced development resources on a project & serve as team lead in the absence of an architect/analyst. The Senior Developer must possess a minimum of a B.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering or a Computing related degree, 5 years’ post-NYSC experience analyzing, designing and developing enterprise-level applications, at least 3 of which must have been in a supervisory capacity, MCSD/MCSD.NET, MCDBA and/or other relevant certification.

Developer (Must have):
Shall develop applications in accordance with the solution’s specifications as laid out by the Architect role and as compartmentalized by the analyst, the developer must also have expert-level knowledge in client-side scripting, web, windows and component-based development, particularly on windows platform, using C#.NET, VB.NET, C++, JAVA etc. 

Testing/QA Specialist (Must have):
Shall perform a planned and systematic pattern of actions to ensure that adequate requirements are established for solutions, that the solution conforms to these requirements and that satisfactory performance is achieved. The Testing/QA Specialist must be familiar with testing tools and methodologies such as unit testing, stress testing, creation of test cases and scripts, etc. The ability to use testing tools such as load runner will also be an advantage.

Developer – UI (Must have):
This role shall concentrate on User Interface design and optimization, this resource must be proficient in User Interface presentation/design methodologies and must understand UI layout methodologies, The UI developer must have expert level knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, ASP/ASP.NET, Macromedia DreamWeaver, WinForms, etc. This role shall design graphical elements for use in application user interfaces. The members of this role must be proficient with image and photo tools such as the Corel Suite and/or Adobe Photoshop, etc. 

Senior Analyst – Data (Must have):
This role shall be responsible for data design in applications, including but not limited to E/R modeling, Normalization, Database Design and implementation, PL/SQL or T-SQL scripting, etc. The Analyst – Data must possess a B.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Systems or a computing-centric degree, 2 years’ Post-NYSC experience administering databases, and must be OCDBA certified.

start from the category youre most comfortable with, and do the area you find hardest last
accuracy usually helps, but speed is necessary
best way to get those is practice
if you pray. . then you get a perfect presentation!

Hi All,
I know for sure Virgin recruited 6 CSAs in the last couple of weeks, they have everyones name that passed the IT skills test in their database and thats where they call people from as vacancies come up. They are still calling people for other vacancies but a number of people's fones are unavailable. . I think prayer is a good tool though.
A good thing too would be to go to their office on the 3rd floor at MMA to inquire from the HR people (theyre nice!), that'll put you in pole position for their next round of calls.
