Nigerian election and rigging is like 5 & 6. You can't take away one from the other.

Most of the INEC ad-hoc and permanent staff look forward to elections because of the money they will make out of it. They sell ballot papers, falsify documents and do all manner of things and at the end of the election, those collating the result are even too tired to notice.

Having a free and fair election in Naija for now is only a dream!

If you've ever worked as an adhoc staff you'll realise that what you've just described cannot be carried out by a mere adhoc staff but by the ogas at the top.
