So many things creep into our mind if we are idle just to fill the space. While some are good, some may be detrimental. Self servicing creeps in when you are idle and you love it then. I will suggest 2things. First apply 'elimination by substitution' At first do it gradually by subsequently replace it with what you love doing aside self servicing. Think of what else you have passion for and avoid being alone for a while till it blow over. Secondly you can adopt Zero Based thinking. Zero based thinking means knowing what you now know will you get involved in the first place (that is if someone showed you the picture of how you will appears now when you started self servicing long ago will you do it) If the answer is NO then print that picture and people reaction to your shape in your mind always till you overcome. I pray God grant you the grace to overcome it.

I'm not sure that's the reason for your enlarged hips. That is pelvic exercise that's recommended for tightening the vaginal muscles or walls Or maybe I didn't get your description.

Anyways, I can almost bet that it's your diet or lack of proper exercise that's the cause of it. But to be sure, if this is real and not cooked up, visit the hospital for proper diagnosis.

Ensure that your mind is always away from self servicing. whenever you're tired or upset, meditate on something else like 'how great God is, the match between barcelona and chelsea, your parents love for you or what your boyfriend may be doing now.'

To reduce the accumulated fat on your hip, thigh and legs, you must stop clenching your thigh and leg muscles. Some exercises can help, such exercises include jugging, running, jumping with a rope and mind relaxation.

To stop self servicing, you can follow the following procedures:

a: talk to God about it in prayers.
b: stop watching, listening or reading pornographic materials.
c: force your mind to focus on other matters.
d: talk to someone about it preferable your mum, maybe she has some advices that may help.

Finally, remember that if you fall while running a race, you don't have to start all over again. You have to stand up and continue the race from where you stopped.

First make up ur mind dat u won't sef service, cos it ur mindset dat has power cos out of the aboundance of the heart(mind) d mouth speak n d body act. Each time u feel upset dnt go n stay alone 2 avoid sef servicing n when u ar on bed and d urge come especialy at night move out and go to where people ar and engage urself in something meaning dat uses ur brain like reading bt not romantic book.
