You cannot blame Reuben Abati so much. When he was at Guardian, he was writing for the masses against the government. Those in power knew the solution. They called him to power so that he would have a share of the national cake. You know, when your mouth is full of cake, you can't really talk much.

The fact that a lot of people influence employment of their family members and lovers does not make it right for Sanusi to do so.
This is why a lot of qualified people remain jobless and mediocres get jobs.
I am not against Sanusi having one million mistresses. That is his private life and it should not have anything to do with his office. However, when a supposed intellectual who is always coming up with practically senseless policies decides to use his office to influence employment, he should simply resign.
Then, the police should investigate the claims fully and punish him appropriately.
