I am not really crazy about Omotola the way your average Nigerian is, but her marriage is a good example to Nigerian celebrities who believe their marriages cannot be successful. I must say that I am disappointed with Funke Akindele for her choice of a husband, but hey, its her life. |
I don't think there is a perfect job out there. If you meet people working with Shell or BBC, they will still complain about their jobs. |
Omo, I remember when I was in 00U, 2005 to be precise. There was a rule by the school that students who carried 6 units and above in a session would repeat that level. We rioted like there was no tomorrow, and the rule was reversed. |
Banks employ graduates of any course, even graduates of core sciences and engineering. Be online, read newspapers and get people who can help you submit your cvs. Most banks employ on merit. |
Was there an open advert for application? |
I hope this is not a scam. By the way, do you have solar power systems that can power a branch of a commercial bank with over 40 computer systems lights and about seven industrial air conditioners? Please reply. |
I guess you joined the civil defense through the backdoor, that was why you were placed on level 3 with your degree. The rot is in the Nigerian society and not in the civil defense. Please let's give the blue boys a break. We've had enough fun from the channels interview episode. |
I love the hummer H2, especially when the colour is cream. Unfortunately, I can't afford it. |
I don't like eating at the dinning table bacause there is no television at our dinning, and I be tv addict! So the dining section dey always dey boring to me. |
You should have used the job as a stepping stone to a much better job. You need experience! |
This one na courtship 101 o. Good stuff though. |
If you are in Lagos, go there, but don't part with a dime. |
Nigerian graduates deserve respect from employers of labour. We are the best. We were able to scale through the unfriendly learning conditions the Nigerian system imposed on us. People should stop insulting Nigerian graduates. I bet the best foreign graduates will struggle in a typical Nigerian University. RESPECT! |
Curtis10: what will u rather b? Curtis10: what will u rather b?An employee all the way. I am enjoying myself as an employee now, and I don't have any plans of starting anything of my own.....And you may consider editing the title of your post. I guess you meant employer and not employee in the title. We can't all be employers of labour, and I am not comfortable with being one |
Interview no dey fast like that. |
I will never be an enterpreneur. |
As a banker, I know this story is cooked up. No banker will demand for 10k because he knows he will be sacked. Simple. |
Frustration! |
@op, thanks for this expose. Your write up will help a lot of people in taking decisions, and people will not leave good jobs for dangote, only to end up in disappointment and agony. |
Lesson: Be careful of how your use your joystick after you become 'successful' |
menix: Oga O.P wat re u talkin of? Which of d contract staff collect such. Please give any info you have on this issue. Do you work there or do you know anyone who works there? Because that pay is really ridiculous and incredible! |
By contract staff, do you mean tellers? If the bank is paying 30k to contract staff, it is really not encouraging. I heard they pay full staff handsomely. How do they expect their contract staff to live on such pay? How do they expect poorly paid contract staff to work in tandem with handsomely paid full staff? |
I love Iran. I love Ahmedinejad and Ali Khamanei! |
yemight2776: it was not me because i tried to edit it but the error...unclad"naked" still showingWell, you guys should be strong. We in Abeokuta are also suffering when it comes to accessing potable water.......in 2013. I cant remember the last time my tap ran, and some people say they are in power. |
Chief, abeg, edit this write up. No vex abeg. |
They may be recycled to produce plastic items like buckets, plates etc. We could also gather them, clean them up and export them to Niger republic. |
It takes time getting used to prison life, so leave Facrook alone. He will soon start ordering for second round of prison food. By then, him go dey lick plate self. |
I think we should ask IBB where Lugard wrote the expiry date of Nigeria. |
We settle police with sex......and HIV! |
The police pension thief stole 27 billion. FG should just collect the money from the thief and give 26 billion to BH. If the stolen 27 billion goes back to FG, it will end up being stolen again. The only issue is that if BH gets the demand, another militant group would spring up and demand for 50 billion after wasting innocent lives. |
If you state the name of the company you intend doing the intern with, people will be equipped to advise you better. |
Divide 27 billion by the cost the items the guy stole. Multiply your answer by 2 months. That will give you the number of months John Yakubu Yusuf ( pension thief) should spend in prison. |
