They say a person who is guilty will constantly look for guilt in others. You will need some help in this situation like someone you both respect to help talk sense into his head. Who is the person feeding him information? and why are you an adult not allowed to go out? If you don't want to broadcast your biz to anyone else you will need to sit him down and have a major conversation reassuring him that you did nothing and never did anything.
