#1: EMPOWER CUSTOMER SERVICE

One other thing that you should know is that the reward system has to change. In a product –centric enterprise, employees are rewarded based on how much they are able to make for the organization but in a customer centered setting, they are rewarded based on how far they are able to satisfy customers.



#2: ENSURE COORDINATION

One other thing that customer centric enterprise has to do is to ensure coordination of their different channels as they move on. A single CSR or Account Officer should be able to solve completely whatever problem a customer might be having a situation where customers have to move from one desk to another or call about ten numbers before they resolve issues is not palatable for a growing customer centric enterprise. There must be someone that is responsible for the cross functional coordination required by customer centric



#3: INTEGRATION OF INFORMATION

A true customer centric enterprise must have a centralized database that stores customer information. Customer information should not be scattered all over the enterprise. It must be done in such a way that it is readily assessable to customers whom might need to access and solve some of the issues they might be having on their own. It should be made available to customer facing employees who might need it in order to resolve customer issues as well.



#4: TOP MANAGEMENT APPROVAL

CRM strategy introduction and implementation is not and can never be a one man affair. As a CRM savvy person, you must be able to convince top management to buy-in if you really want to succeed. With top management support, it will be very easy to get all other employees to commit to what you are doing. You will also have access to all the required capital you need to succeed.



One other thing you should know is that technology, most especially internet has taken the power to make business decision away from the organization to the customers. One undisputable fact is that the next organization to produce similar goods and services like yours is just a mouse-click away.

The dismissal is all about the moving of tribunal to abuja its has nothing to do with the re-run. Wike is still going to court of appeal to challenge the Tribunal ruling. Supreme court verdict is an old story. Whatever happen at the court of appeal, we then consider a re-run
