Dasuki is co-operating with the law, and mostly talking; while Metuh is daring not to repay any shi-shi (money).

VivianGist, I'm disappointed by u reading religious/tribal undertones to something that totally has nothing to do with tribalism. I believe u've read reports of Metuh's refusal to collaborate with the EFCC's investigation(he was also reported to tear and attempt to chew a statement he authored). I'm also sure u weren't so blinded by tribalism not to notice that Dasuki made his court appearances from EFCC custody unlike Metuh who made this appearance from the prison. Was he cuffed on his first court appearance? Why didn't u mention Raymond Dokpesi? I don't think u'll be able to buy a mansion in banana island with such pitiful blogging

Olisah Metuh Offence
He was charged with seven counts of money laundering involving the sum of N400m, part of the $2.1bn arms fund.

Dasuki Sambo's Offence.
He is the man sharing the $2.1bn arms fund.

Vivian your first sentence was ultimately defeated by the entirety of the post and as opposed to your false abstract not to promote tribalism your initial intentions to do so shun through.

From recent press releases it has been confirmed that Olisah Metuh has not been cooperative, he has been aggressive towards investigating officers of the DSS has tried to destroy evidence and by all means may pose a danger to the public and himself.

We are yet to get any info that Dasuki has been anything like what is described above, the discretion of the officer in charge to either restrain a suspect or not is based on the physical threat present. And it is the same principle worldwide. A dangerous crimnal is most likely going to have leg and hand chains while a petty criminal with no history of violence would have no need of such.

OP the difference is that when you are with EFCC, you get small respect as EFCC cell no be jail just like Dokpasi.

Metuh was with EFCC, but he go court to ask to be free but court send am go prison. When he was in EFCC cell, was he in handcuff?

Now instead of EFCC officer na prison warden dey follow am

Instead of EFCC bus na black maria dey carry am

He for stay with EFCC, if he know

thumbs up

Am i right or wrong

You're wrong dear.

The Dasuki picture shows him being escorted by EFCC. Meaning he is coming from the efcc custody. Nigerian law that established EFCC does not make it compulsory for EFCC detainee to appear in court handcuffed.

The Metuh Picture shows him arriving in a prison van escorted by prison warders. The Prison law states that anyone in prison custody must arrive the court premises in Handcuffs.

Your question should now be why was Metuh transfered to prison custody while Dasuki was left in EFCC custody?

Answer is that. Dasuki is still being interrogated while Metuh's interrogation process has being concluded and the court ordered him to be transferred to prison custody to be remanded their pending the hearing of his bail application.

Remember this is not Metuh's first court appearance. The first was not in handcuffs whereas Dasuki's picture was his first court appearance before being remanded in prison.

And Yes you're a tribal bigot to even come up with such manipulative and sentimental trash.

Apobolokemi appeared in court twice without handcuffs why didn't you question that. I can't remember Ramond Dokpesi coming to court in handcuffs.

But you kept mute on it because it didn't suit your tribalistic purpose

It is now clear and confirm that you're and IPOB blogger.

Stop talking rubbish. It has just been revealed that the useless Minister of Interior Dambazau personally gave the order for Metuh to be handcuffed and embarrassed deliberately, branding him an "enemy of the state". You can find out more about that if you care. This is all ridiculous.

Stop saying what you don't know. Who told you the story of Danbazau wanting Metuh in handcuffs.
Metuh put himself into the mess by proving stubborn .

The difference is that Dasuki is under EFCC custody while Metuh is in prison. Recall that when Metuh was with the EFCC, a picture of him making calls with a plasma TV in the background was posted here by Cramjones. That tells you that you are made comfortable when you are with the EFCC

If the government does not have any clue or case against Metuh, he should be freed. The silly government should not expect Metuh to incriminate himself. The dumbass Buhari government should have a solid evidence of crime before arresting the guy instead of expect Metuh to sing.

And some idiots wanna make sectional statement from this cos of ignorance and mischief. A clear criminal called olisah Metuh, said categorically that he won't return a dime. I guess he will rot in prisons if he fails to pay the bailout money complete. Am from same state with him and will only associate my self with success made in the right way just like kids that made the whole nation and my state proud in singapore. These people are the only people we should know and publicise their names as future leaders of our country rather than a scandalous criminal called Olisah Metuh. Even the rubbish PDP he was running his mouth for has abandoned him.

Dasuki was brought to court from EFCC cell while Metuh was from prison.
Wait nd see how Dasuki would come to court tomorrow before jumping to conclusions.
I believe that is the norm with accused remanded in prison as against other security agencies.

You need to work on your education and improve your Grammar. Stop meddling in things that are beyond your reasoning, it's just like a pig trying to learn the intricacies of Nuclear Physics.

If he was not cuffed the first time does it not send a message? Did you bother to look at the pictures of when he was first in court?

Perhaps you should think of writting a petition to the Prison Service and ask for an explanation before you churn out speculative and sensational articles/posts.

Metsuh brought it on himself.
He refused to cooperate wit efcc, he refuse to make a statement, the statement he allegedly made, he atempted swallowing it and he also refuse to eat while in custody. I'm sure he must have struggled wit the cops too.
If u dnt knw, there nothing out of place here. It's normal everywhere to put a volatile accuse person in cuff to prevent them frm hurtin themself or others

No brainer.

Metuh has been a thorn in the flesh of Buhari's dictatorial and despotic rule.

What we saw today was an attempt to break Metuh's resolve in calling out a government of half-truths, double standard and propaganda.

Tyranny will bite the dust...
