ORIJIN201: the simplicity and consistency across the UI is what makes it the ultimate experience. iOS for example, is consistent across the UI. Stock android does the same. Android OEMs really need to tone down their customization and let the stock android be visible in the UI. Reason why Samsung is winning big with One UI, same with Oxygen Os by Oneplus. I just left iOS, I don’t want to use anything that resembles a horrible clone of iOS, and that’s what MIUI looks like! Why are you contradicting yourself man, MIUI can't be an iOS clone then still be loaded with customisations which we all know is practically nonexistent on iOS. That old iOS clone cliche was so yesterday! MIUI now use a app drawer in addition to themes (fonts, sounds & icon), live/dynamic wallpapers, AOD for the AMOLED junkies etc. Even 800k iPhones don't have any of these features so where's the clone tag coming from? They added the new control centre which can be disable so what? Do you know how many unique customisation features of OEMs that have been copied by pure Android and iOS? |

DaddyYankee: We will now rest all our players and prepare for Chelsea.
By the time Chelsea play against Asernal, Leicester twice and Aston Villa. They will know what hit them. Fatigue will hit them while we hammer them 6 goals on the 29th. Ever heard the term squad rotation? My happiness is that this time when Chelsea beats Man City black and blue, you'll have no more excuses |

Invitationn: You’re correct. The team you listed above is team B. Everyone probably already knows Aguero, Sterling and Jesus are team B players. Not starting Foden, Silva, Mahrez, Debruyne and Gundogan says it all. You go fear excuse na Everybody knows that Pep at Man City doesn't have a guaranteed starting 11. Go and Google "Pep Roulette", FPL managers will explain it better for you |

Bigredmachine: Why did they win, if they know... Chelsea would go into that match, with the mindset that "we have beaten them before" don't forget football is played from the mind and then to the field of play... Make that day reach first then I will know if am right or wrong Pep doesn't want to win yet he fielded 6 attacking players and was playing a very high line. Guy appreciate good football when you see one and stop this your upside-down analysis. It didn't occur to you that Pep would have preferred to win this game and be crowned EPL champions today, then have the opportunity to rest his key players enough for the CL final |

Harrynight: TRUTH be told this guy is also damn greedy!
When you work in an organization where you are paid, you are expected to contribute by hard work and idea to move the organization to greater heights and be profitable!
As a staff, He contributed an impressive idea to the company, he was appreciated with a whooping R47 million (About ₦1.2Billion)
Greed push him to demand for more! Is he expecting the company to hand him all the profits realized from his idea? I beg to differ. First of all he was an accountant while serving the company and is not obligated to give them such ideas which was not his primary assignment. It would have been so if he was employed as a Business Development Executive. Secondly you say he is greedy but you'll agree with me justice delayed is akin to justice denied. It took Vodacom over 20 years to compensate him after gruelling legal tussle. That 47 million Rand becomes paltry when you consider legal fees, inflation rate that has accrued over 2 decades, damages and distress (which are unquantifiable) caused the young man. These big firms need to be put in their place, they're not above the law. |

Phones › Re: Is Infinix Not Better Than Xiaomi ? by 2kurupt(m): 7:23pm On May 04, 2021 |
edoairways: I only pointed tax, there are other factors responsible for the high price. For example, Xiaomi rarely advertise their products on TV and radio rather they make use of bloggers and vloggers. They forget that the number of persons using the internet is minute when compared to those listening to radio. Thirdly, Xiaomi does not have a good chain of distributions, they cut corners to save cost. However Tecno has good distribution network hence they spend more on advertisement campaign. You make cost reduction sound like a bad thing, provided Xiaomi delivers on the actually product it's fine . Of what use is it to the final consumer (aside paying more), if Transsion choose to pay millions to celebrities that we all know don't use their devices in real life? This same strategy you criticize is what made Xiaomi world's number 3 phone brand. |

explosiveskull: Can you say one minute thing the tax they are paying in Nigeria is affecting you? You still have mosquito net in your window or sleep in a mosquito net. edoairways: Thanks to the tax, you see improvement in the infrastructure of schools ( tertiary institutions), upgrade of some teaching hospitals etc you guys are funny. So since you can't win an argument on phones, you bring in government tax into the equation. The tax paid by Transsion that you 2 make so much noise about, aside import duties is there any special tax that they pay? It's not like they even have their production plants in Nigeria. Xiaomi pays same import duties too to bring in their phones. Make una rest |

Bobxin: Exactly, I think the glasses are the strongest parts, As seen in a movie A Man From Nowhere you have to repeatedly shoot at one spot at a close range before the bullet can penetrate. I still wonder how the steel body witholds bullets though. The steel body has reinforced metal plates added inside the body panels of the vehicle, else it defeats the whole purpose of making the glass bulletproof. |

HITdemUP: She can't. Not everyone would have believed her without the video evidence though ,but still it doesn't warrant using someone else daughter as bait to prove a point. It's like the girl in question was in aware of the settings. That same girl has been abused by this same animal before when she was just 7 years old, that's why she's the candidate for the setup. Criminals always try to push their luck. Is it that you guys don't follow up on stories or what? |
