I think you were too quick to get rid of the phone. You obviously had a buggy Rom installed most likely by the seller. A simple search thru Google & MIUI forums would have saved you over 20k. Even before the arrival of my phone I've got ample information on it.

I just took delivery of my note 3 and it comes with the international Rom & Google services out of the box and I must say am quite satisfied.

The problem is caused by an app you deliberately installed which is camouflaging as a legit app and doing the damage discretely.

Until you detect the culprit it will just keep on doing it's thing. You're part of the problem coz you're backing up the bad app & restoring it too.

Since the apps in your phone are numerous & you can't name all here then I'll advice you backup your pics, music, videos, contacts, text, WhatsApp, BBM etc (notice that am calling basically social media apps that are massively known) then format the phone again.

This should take your phone to it's original state, you can restore your media but I'll advise you restore only the known social media apps. Then henceforth download apps only from play store as well as desist from installing useless apps

It's subjective. In my area Glo has the best data signal, always full bar whereas the others are jonzing but their Customer care remains the worse.

FYI I got all these installed on my Android for nothing. As for iPad virtually all items attract a fee aside a few social network apps so WTF you saying?

3 The last time virus transfer happened via Bluetooth was during Symbian era but I bet you ain't started using smartphones then. The only thing Apple is after protecting is their pockets, heck they allowed Apple device to Apple device Bluetooth transfer from iOS 7, I bet you dunno that too.

What you don't get is most of those apps you pay thru your nose on your overpriced iPhones are offered for free in the Google play store. Therefore sideloading same set of apps is allowed.

On the music issue, it's not our fault that most artists release almost half of their album contents as singles. Come to think of it, all hit songs are singles and Android users can download thru their browsers which plays by default in the music player & can as well be shared via Bluetooth
