LawdOfNairaland:
He showed his statement of result. Cambridge never denied that he wrote the exams. The certificate is meant to be with the Army board but at least, Cambridge never denied that he sat for the exams.
Cambridge never admittef he sat for the exam either.

By the way,Cambridge/WAEC does not issue certificate to even everyone who sits for waec. Those whose result are woeful only get a statement of result but not a certificate.

Also please note that neither buhari.nor APC affirmed that the result posted online was Buhari's so.as to.create possible.deniability.

Further more, a statement of result becaomes untenable once the certificate is ptoduced.

Buhari 'secondary school lost the right to produce a statement of result for him from the moment WAEC/ Cambrdge produced his set's certificate. At this stage, the only institutions that can produce any recognisable document as it relates to Buhari's result are Cambridge and WAEC. His secondary schoop lost the right to so do, decades ago.

If buhari indeed lost his certificate, he should request WAEC/ Cambrigde to issue an attestation or a certified true copy for him.If someone like myself can get sucha document in a day, how much more buhari.

I put it to you.that buhari does not have a waec certificate.

SO you are the one to determine a fake result?Which school cease to exist?

A statement of result is issued for a lost certificate. That does not make it ''very fake''I hope Ignorant people like you would not remain so forever!

The attached results are from Cambridge and the school respectively. No individual like you can claim ''fakeness'' except the examining body and the school itself.Any other claim of ''fakeness'' is insanity!
Yes it is fake if it is not certified by the body that issued the certificate or at least attested to by the said body.
The about statement of result is fake.

Look, let me let you into an open secret. Buhari's Secondary School's current principal, knowing fully well that Buhari had no certificate, looked for a student with a result whose name is as close as possible to Buhari's name. He then made a statement of result with the student's name and result while also attaching Buhari's current picture.

If Buhari is sure he has a certificate, let him authorise Cambridge or WAEC to publish the details of his certificate including a copy of the passport picture he used when making the application or that they should produce an attestation or a certified true copy that bears those information. That will effectively put the matter to rest.

I put it to you once more that Buhari has no WAEC certificate.
PoliticsRe: Senate Begins Investigation Of Dino Melaye Over Alleged Certificate Scandal by 2mNaira:
Doyin2:
Idiots like you should please stop all these nonsense.

Buhari did not forge any certificate. His integrity and uprightness is upheld and verified locally and internationally.

Buhari's cambridge result was published and his school also gave him a statement of result which was published openly for every sane Nigerian to Digest.

It is not unusual or criminal to lose your certificate and replace it with a verified and verifiable statement of result

The reason why Buhari had to hire SANs to defend his certificate issue in court was because of technicalities involved:

Muhamed Buhari(the name in his statement of result) v Muhamadu Buhari(his adopted name).[/b]

This is a very technical issue in law that could be argued either way.I suspect Buhari did not perfect the formalisation of his adopted name of Muhamadu.

The hiring of SANs has nothing to do with whether Buhari has certificate or not!

After this enlightenment, only idiots and mischief makers would continue to ask for Buhari's certificate or talk of forgery.
I beg to disagree with you.

First a stement of result from a secondary school is no longer valid after certifcates for that result has been produced.

Second, what was published was his results as filled in a form which could very well be false information. It was not certified by any recognised or relevant examination body.

If a person loses a certificate, it is the body that issued that certicate that can attest to the validity of any paraded copy which in this case is WAEC/Cambridge.

The first time the name Muhammed surface was in the statement result issued by his secondary school which had no credibility whatsoever. A school whose opinion about Buhari's ertfucate ceased to matter several decades ago.

What stops Buhari from getting an attestation or a certified true copy from Cambridge or at least WAEC. A man of his status will not need up to a week to get such a document. I personally got such a document for myself in one day.

That the reason he got 20 SAN were for technicalities that has to do with his name is absolute falsehood. The technucalities that was involved in the case had asolutely nothing to do with that. It had to do with whether or not it was proper to submit the court summon in APC secretariat rather that Buhari's personal home. They court had not even come anywhere bear the substantive case. This is a strategy that lawyers are known to usw to frustrate cases that they know they stand little chance of winning.

I put it to you that Buhari does not have a WAEC certificate.

By the way, an attestation from WAEC that bears a copy of the picture used during registration would have more easily put a name issue ti rest even if that were the focus of the technicalities, but even at that, that was not the focus of the technicalities.
FamilyRe: My Sister Married An Impotent Man by 2mNaira:
FortuneTeller:
I am coming today with tears in my eyes for my little sis. She is kind, sweet, and a very nice young lady. She met a 35 year old man last year who courted her and convinced our family of his sincerity. He is a nice guy and very handsome. They went for medical tests before the marriage and were told everything was fine. They have now been married for 3 months without sex. My sis has cried to me for the past 2 weeks. She says he has tried some herbal supplements and even saw a pastor, but nothing has changed. They did not have sex before marriage, but she says she has seen him with an erection before and after the marriage. However when he is about to insert himself, he loses the stiffness. I don't know what to do. Someone from our area says he is known to visit many prostitutes. I don't believe he is seeing them now because he has been with our family for some time now and even working in the family business. As they have not consummated the marriage, we are thinking of returning the things he bought so she can be free. How can a 35 year old man be impotent?? My sister shall not suffer.
95% of cases of impotence in men are psychological and not biological.
Since he can have an erection, his case is most likely a psychological one.

The problem is in his mind. No herb or hospital can help him. Maybe a psychologist can.

For as long as he has anxiety about his performance in bed he will continue to remain impotent.

You, your sister and your family may render him completely impotent as a result of your reaction.

Something related to sex happened in the past that has created a psychological scar in his mind that makes him anxious and doubtful about his sexual capability. For as long as he has doubt and anxiety about his performance, he will remain impotent.

The truth is this, your sister, not a hospital, or some herbs, is the only one who is in the best position to help him now.

First, she( and you and yout family) must quit the fear, worry and anxiety or at least completey hide it. The required solution is completely psychological. Each time he fails in bed, his anxiety and fear increase and thus leading to a much more higher likely hood of failing in the future.

Your sister must help him to overcome his fear and anxiety by brushing aside any failure of his as if nothing happened.Instead, she should make it a source of joint fun to them.

Apart from maintaining high hygeine, she must start to dress in sexually provocative ways and get into sex provoking talks with him or do any other thing that will boost his confidence. You sister should start acting as if he is giving her the greatest pleasure in the world when they are in bed even when he does a lousy job. She should exude with so much joy and satisfaction after each experience no.matter what happebed in bed.

She should also try to find out what his preferences and fantansies are , as it relates to sex, and try to act them out or fulfil them.(Please be careful! Don't get outside the word of God.)

The most important thing your sister must do is eliminate his fears and anxiety about performance by not allowing any of his failures to border her or him. Let her just act as if its nothing or nothing really happened. That way he will start to gradually overcome his fear and anxiety for failing in bed.If your sister does a good job of it, her husband coud get out of his impotence in a week.Thats all from me.

ProgrammingRe: Pls How Do I Send Fingerprint Image Directly To Database Without File Upload? by 2mNaira: 7:33am On Mar 03, 2017
@duke2017, the answer you seek is already given by proxy20. Just replace the file upload section of the code with a conversion to byte/stream set of codes.
ProgrammingRe: Pls How Do I Send Fingerprint Image Directly To Database Without File Upload? by 2mNaira: 10:19pm On Mar 02, 2017
I dont consider myself a java programmer cos since i learned it years back, I have not used it for to solve any important problem.

However conversion of data to bytes have the same algorithm in probably all languages.

In your case do this:

1.Write your data to a character array.
2.Write you data from the character array into a byte holder( or data structure) one char per time.
Thats it. Once your data is in a byte form it is equivalent to a database data type called blob which you can save to any database
using appropriate sql command.

If you, however, need to send you data over network, then use the appropriate stream/byte reader in your language.
ProgrammingRe: I Need Help On C by 2mNaira:
There are three important skills you need to be a good programmer: ability to study, ability to do research and ability to think hard.

I hope you are not indirectly asking people here to help you with your assignment because towing that line will make you need someone to help you with your c programming tasks when you go for your PHD.

The first thing you should do is to think and try to solve the problem by yourself, then when you get stuck, you should come here and ask for assistance.

The sure way to get a good grasp of any language is to get materials on them and study them.

Get U-tube videos, e-books, or visit tutorial sites. A simple google search with inundate you with relevant results. These is what you should do first. Posting the question here without previous personal effort will not help you and anyone who attempts to solve the problem for you without any previous effort from you is not helping you.

First, attempt to solve the program by writing your answer to the console. Afterwords you should write a reworked version that writes to file.

The fact that you were asked to save your output in a csv show that you are expected to write other data with the GPA value like student name and registration number. So you should read up on csv file.

So in summary this is my guidance:

1. Sit down an attempt to solve the problem first without writing output to file. You will need to consult one or more materials in other to do so.
2. Re-write the relevant code segment with output written to file. You may also need to consult one or more materials so as to learn how file i/o is handled in C. You also need to read up on csv file format so as to know the proper way to format your output.

Google for and download the e-book "C: The complete Reference by Herbert Scheildt".

I wish you the best of luck.

Modified:

I had another look your question. I even when further to look at your output file. It appears to me that you are only expected to generate the grade points using the input data from the input file and not really the GPA.

So you can start out by first writing the input data in multi-dimensional arrays or properly organised non-multidimensional arrays. Use that array values as you program input, then when you are satisfied with your program you can then proceed to reading input from the file.

Since reading input from file is also an i/o operation. It still emphasizes your need to read up on file i/o.

Finally, you need to read up on how to read data from excel file into a c++ program. You will get more than enough result from google search on that.

That's all from me.

The movie is just one of the positive points I made.
And I am not the publicist of the movie.
Uber is booming in Lagos when the Nigerian yellow cab drivers are complaining of hardship.
Uber saw a big opportunity and took advantage of it.

The choice is yours.

Give the Hausa Mallam guarding a house in Lagos just only N5000 and he will use it to start a mini provisions shop.
Give it to an Igbo or Yoruba youth and he will whine that the money is too small to feed in a month instead of using it as a seed grant.

The choice is yours.

I will not argue with anyone else.
Ciao!
Your point and perspective is quite good and laudable. In effect you are saying people should take their destiny into their hands and stop banking on the government.Which thing I also advocate. Truelly such an attitude as that advocated by you by this stand and perspective of yours will make billionaires even in the heart of a great economic recession.

And to to others. The op is just advocating optimism and taking one's destiny into ones own hand. Taking his perspective will help many to make make good, better and possibly great success even in the midst of the greatest economic repression. History have records of people who became rich in the midst of great economic downturns. If you see things from his perspective you will realise that his post is actually a good one.

Op. I must say thay your presentation of your perspective is poor. You gave a false impression of you intention. You might want to edit the post(at least its title). You set up yourself for people's anger.

Nonetheless, I will say Buhari led administration really need to sit up and make the neccessary policy that is needed
to make thing better.

My own honest feedback to the govt is this:
The government has done such a great job in the area of security.

On curruption it is doing a great job albeit selectively because it has shown lack of will power to punish those belonging to it that are corrupt.

On the economy, it is doing an abysmally woeful job.

My recommdation:
The govt should keepup the tempo on security. However, it should tacked the blight in its good security performance record : the killer fulani herdsmen

As regards corruption, it should find a wayto punish its own that are guilty of corruption without giving its opposition something to latch on.

On the economy, it needs to bring in tried and tested innovative problem solvers and economics.

Thats all for now.

Negative minded people end up as under achievers.

Lagos is Africa's largest megacity and the economy is booming and some ignorant people are whining about their own frustrations.

We are forward looking in Lagos.

I am not whining.
I am working.
I am part of the success story of Lagos and if Lagos is doing great, the rest of Nigeria should emulate Lagos state.
And Anambra state is already developing fast in the south east.

This is from my "Lagos in Motion" documentary film.

OK. I get you now.You are only being optimistic.Thats quite good.

However,if you have a scientific or numeric educational background you will know the value of feedback.

The only way a control system can position the target load correctly id by getting regular feedback about the actual position of the load as compared to the desired postion. With the feedback the system is able to tell that it still need to keep appling input.

Without feedback there is no way that a control system can tell whether it has successfully positioned the target system.

THE GOVT. NEED ACCURATE FEEDBACK TO POSTION THINGS ARIGHT.

Nigerian music industry is booming.
Even bloggers are becoming millionaires.

South Africans' Shoprite is building new shopping malls and creating thousands of jobs for Nigerians.

The Chinese are expanding their businesses with their rail and road construction contracts and increasing employment of thousands of Nigerians.

Uber is booming in Nigeria with more taxi cabs.
Ride-hailing company Uber has offered over a million trips in Nigeria two years after it started there and is eyeing expansion to a French-speaking West African country next, its West African chief said on Thursday.

Nigerian LNG is expanding.

ExxonMobil Earns $7.8 Billion in 2016; $1.7 Billion During Fourth Quarter
Cash flow from operating activities of $7.4 billion and asset sales of $2.1 billion more than covered fourth quarter dividends and additions to property, plant and equipment.

Thousands of school children are having free meals in several states for the first time in Nigeria.

More five star hotels are opening in Lagos, Edo and Abuja.

Federal government of Nigeria is paying the salaries of civil servants.

Lagos state brought new BRT buses with AC and TV.
Gone are those harrowing days of rushing for 911 "Molue" buses with some of them losing control and falling into the lagoon.

Even 7 year old comeddiene Emmanuella and Mark Angel were spotted aboard a private jet .

Nigeria is still the biggest economy in Africa with Lagos as the largest megacity on the continent and the fifth largest economy that is bigger than the economy of Kenya, the biggedt economy in East Africa.

Even the famous billionaire Cofounder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg visited us and enjoyed pounded yam and vegetable soup with his fingers.

Only shortsighted pessimists have a negative attitude in Nigeria.
While the optimists have the positive attitude of true patriots who believe in the Nigerian Dream and are working with great zeal for the nation building of a New Nigeria in the leadership of Africa in the comity of nations.

The same Nigerians complaining of hardship are spending millions of naira daily on sports betting and gambling in "Baba Ijebu" instead of saving and investing their money in small scale businesses.

I thank God for Nigeria.
OP. I take it to be you deliberately started this topic to create controversy as a means of creating awareness for the movie.

If indeed you serious then I'd say the post is so erroneous and falacious. You failed to provide associated demographic information. The post lack scientific merit.Anyone who reads it will come to one or more of the folowing conclusions.

1.The op is being mischievious.
2.He is trying to be funny
3.He is an APC apologist
and such like.

Applying some form statistical analysis will show that the percentage of people that you post indirectly refer to is so low that it is completely negligible. Its like saying that because there are several millionaires in Nigeria therefore Nigerian are rich people.Does that not sound absurd?

Even though I do not believe in Buhari or his government I have no respect for the APC- PDP dichotomy. As a patriot I continue to pray that God will help Buhari to put me and my likes to shame by performing and proving us wrong.

If you continue to make post like this, you will make it more and more difficult for Buhari to put me and my likes to shame. If you love Buhari and this country please stop making post like this.Post like this will only deceive and mislead him and keep him from sitting up and making the necessary extra effort to effect the needed change.

I am no economics but it appears to me that your argument is more based on logic that academics. Logic apart, you have proved nothing. Please I am not biased.

Your chart shows clearly that there was a decline; and , yes, if not arrested a decline can lead to a recession.I do believe that if good policies were deployed the decline could be arrested.

I enjoyed you argument, but as it stands, as an unbiased observer, I give it to those ladies.

Initially I was on your side due to the quality of your arguement, but immediately that lady said logic should be laid aside, all your weighty points fell down before me like a pack of cards.

Nonetheless, I must say that yours is one of the best arguement I have read here, but sentiments and bias apart. Those ladies eventually did a better job. They eventually got me to their side.I am more convinced from their counters that Buhari paved the way for recession.
