1. The lady in question hasn't verbally told you she wants to date you.
If this is the case, she might only be flirting with you because you are endowed with something (physical, intellectual or financial endowment).
A quick fix for this is distance yourself further from her (you don't have to ignore her calls) you can always make-up excuses for not replying her texts or picking her calls.

You didn't explain how she got your number. And whether you once had a fling with her. When you need advice be clear about the situation.
