Those who lived and died before Jesus' coming into the world ALREADY heard the Gospel preached into them in their dead state so that they might be judged on the same platform with those who lived in the time Jesus Christ was physically here on earth and those who lived after Jesus physically left this world (which include you, me and all living people now and later to be born.)

See the account in 1 Peter 4:6 "For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit."

As for the non-israelites that died before Christ, they will be preached during the resurrection period when all that have died since Adam will rise from the dead. During that period, Satan will be bound in chains for a period of 1000yrs, which is the millennial reign of Christ. Those people will be made to see how their beliefs were wrong. After the 1000yr reign, Satan will be let lose again to test mankind for one last time. Anyone that chose to follow him at that time will be doomed with him.

Christianity is a way of life not religion and only the wise will understand this.

As the matter of FACT, the answer to this question is that before the birth of Jesus Christ, there are two(2) times that we ever had before and now, God had been using laws sent through Moses to judge the world before the time of grace dispensation came down to the world which was sent by Jesus Christ to the world.
However, Before the birth of Jesus, those who are died which was without accepting the laws of Moses or performed Godly laws sent through moses has been in hell since then till now after the old testament dispensation, psalm 9:17. Also those who are still on earth now will also go to hell without accepting Jesus when they die or meet rapture unprepared.

Every scripture has Christ as it central theme only that his manifestation as man occurred later. That is why a scripture says it's a shadow of things to come. John 5v39-40 "search the scriptures(more than one scripture) for in them ye think ye have eternal life: snd they are the one which testify of me. And ye will not come to me that ye might have life" so if anyone accepted the message preached to him/her at the time of moses,david, et al he/she was accepting Jesus...

I was born a Christian, baptized into Christianity, became an Ordained Elder and received Aaronic Priesthood and annointed with the Melchizedek Priesthood after 2 years of great service as a preacher sometimes and working the Presidency of the Church. So when I preached, people were moved by emotions and they cried and I didnt even trust the God I was teaching about.

I left the church in search for God and it took my 3yrs after preaching to realize there is No God our there, this was after I studied the highest level of science for 3 yrs and I became Atheist for nearly 13yrs. Everyone in my clique knows and still believes that I dont believe there is God, cos Christianity painted God in the colours of Male-looking Sky Daddy that supervises all.

You see, my journey was not easy and is not easy. To come to my conclusion, I had to study Biogenesis, Astrophysics, Quantum Physics, Islam, Taosm, Confucianism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism. I actually spent another 2 yrs with Jehovah witness to understand why they believe that there is nothing like soul. I was patient and listening, but it didnt had up and I moved on. I kept my search until latest scientific experiments on understanding Consciousness.

Now, everything makes sense, from Fibonacci sequence, to holographic universe, the gravitational force and blackholes etc actually can be better explained based on the Unified Field Theory - The Theory of Everything.

So those before Moses was given the law will be judged by their conscience, those during the time of moses before Christ will be judged by the law and those after Christ has died will be judged by their failure to accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour.
